Sales & Customer Service Specialist

Muval is Australia’s biggest online booking platform for moving house and we consider ourselves the new home of moving. Over the past few years, we've helped thousands of Australians book quality moving services and relocate with ease! We're a dynamic, early-stage company and are looking for warm, enthusiastic, and focused Sales Specialists to join our growing team. 

As a Move Specialist, you will be working in a high activity, high detail, and high-performance environment. You will work closely with customers, removalists, and other moving service partners to help take the stress out of moving for our many customers across Australia. This is a role that will challenge your multi-tasking and customer service skills on a daily basis and through great results will provide opportunities for growth into the future. In this role, you will: 

  • Own your own sales pipeline, from initial inbound enquiry (through various channels), follow up to conversion 
  • Manage & maintain an effective volume of enquiry 
  • Have a high volume of communication with customers (SMS, phone calls and various channels) 
  • Promote our services to these customers in order to make sales targets 
  • Provide support and assistance to customers through their move 
  • Undertake administration duties to ensure smooth office operations 
  • Identify and communicate potential improvements to policies and procedures, business processes, tools, and resources 
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and our staff 
  • Provide a high level of customer service 
  • Interact with all internal and external stakeholders with professionalism at all times 
  • Identify ways to maximize the relationship with clients and deliver added value

  • Excellent interpersonal/telephone skills and intuition 
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure 
  • Persistent approach to time management 
  • Strong and professional communicator 
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and resourcefulness 
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and computer skills 
  • High degree of accountability and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as part of a team 
  • Past experience in sales, logistics or anything that involves a high level of organisation skills

$55k base + uncapped incentive + super ($70k OTE)
