Why do we have this process?
Muval uses the information you enter in this form (such as your address, email, and phone number) to contact you about your move. While we treat everyone's information confidentially in-line with our Privacy Policy, we understand that some circumstances require an extra level of care when communicating plans for a move.
How does this process work?
Your move information will be managed by a select few of our move specialists who are sensitive to your situation and will ensure your move is handled with extra care. One of the first questions we will ask you is how you wish to be communicated with, and will make sure these wishes are respected throughout your booking process. We will also ensure that any sensitive information is communicated with your removalist in accordance with your wishes.
