Best moving experience weve ever had! My husband and I have moved houses a few times, and seem to acquire more items every time we move! Our removalists (Shane and Ash) were friendly and professional, and got stuck into the move right away, all the while assuring me it would all fit somehow They completed the move in just a few hours, and we couldnt be happier with the service. Added bonus that by signing up with Alinta, we got to utilise the free truck so most of our move was free!! That being said, we both agreed that even if we paid full price for it, Shane and Ash would have been well worth the money

I've finally found a removalist company that isn't run by cowboys. Not sure what kind of water they have at their head office but it's clearly better than ours down south. From the moment the 2 removalists showed up (on time) they were hard at work, extremely polite & always made sure that not only the property wasn't damaged but my furniture wasn't either. 10/10 service provided from my first phone call with Manager James and then with Rob and Mark who did the move, arriving as scheduled and introducing themselves by shaking my hand. Mark was friendly and quick witted, which eased my stress levels. Rob supervised things closely ensuring the cartons that I had packed (haphazardly) were secured and transported upright, ensuring nothing was damaged. Nothing was a problem for Rob and Mark and they also seemed to care as much for my things as I did! Together Rob and Mark really made my move so much easier, and I am very happy to recommend Adlams.

I would strongly advise anyone to read the contract with this company very carefully. I did not read it throughly enough. I really didnt know that I had to pay the balance of the costs to the drivers at the time of drop off. I genuinely believed that I would recieve an account and then have to pay the balance. My mistake, I was so caught up with selling, buying and packing and moving that the details of the contract were glanced at briefly. I received a very awkward phone call from the owner who was not impressed with me not paying the balance owed straight away. Fair call ..... people are sick of chasing money. So sorry Paul I wont let you down. The best company Ive used. Kerry
