The teams were fast and efficient, they even made sure they used paths, rather than walking across grass, to protect my floors. There was care taken at both ends of the move, and not a mark was found on any wall or floor, following moving in. Remarkable! After delivery, the boxes were collected within 24 hours of the request to pick up. The admin staff were also kind and really cared for me as a customer. I have moved many times over many years and Atkins was by far the best removal that I have ever experienced.

We went with Atkins because of their reviews online and their detailed quote. Such a positive experience compared to moving from the mainland 9 years ago! We cannot fault Atkins at all, from first contact when we were getting quotes all the way through to delivery. The whole team was so professional and courteous helping us through the stresses of moving interstate. We moved from Launceston to Geelong - the on ground admin & Ops team from first quotes (& re-quotes - thank you Scott) were so supportive with the many random questions from an interstate move. Thank you Bronwyn, Dean & Justin. We were able to get uplift on 27 Nov & delivery to Geelong by 5th December and everything went smoothly - weather aside! The packers & movers were so lovely & always smiling despite the adverse weather conditions (Thanks to Mark, Rick & Harrison in particular) & the subcontractor in Melbourne for the delivery was also of the same professional standard. While we did have an insured TV breakage from the move it was the only breakage & was very quickly resolved.
