The guys were a few min early, ready to go and super fast. Everything was tied down and protected, nothing damaged (which is normal in any move) and they even found a few screws that fell out and made sure I got them. After being left down by another removal company 5 days before uplift I contacted Brisk Removals. A pleasant, understanding and most professional gentleman (Robert) without delay arranged uplift and explained all facets of the removal. Somewhat exception customer service compared to elsewhere. 24 hours before removal I was contacted and advised the truck and 2 professional removers would be arrived at an agreed time the day after. The morning of the removal I was contacted by the crew advising they were enroute. The crew arrived (Taran & Zac), courteous, careful and most professional as they conducted their business both uplift and downlift. My possessions were treated with respect and secure properly and all arrived and u loaded without and issues. He went above and beyond by personally contacting the site manager at both my current property and the one I was moving into, taking care of all the logistics. Given the challenging location, he even arranged a ferry service to transport our belongings to the depot before the move to Brisbane. The service was exceptional, and the quote was highly competitive. The delivery team in Brisbane was punctual and did an outstanding job. They even went the extra mile to fit a large table into our apartment. I couldn't have been more impressed with Jordan, Alvin, and Allan. We moved a 3 bed house to our new place, several suburbs away. Brisk promised to call 30min before arriving (which they did), and turned up on-time. The removalists were hard-working, polite, and treated each other with respect. They worked very well together. Although we had a few more items to move then we had indicated, the move was done within the quoted period. All furniture was handled with care. Brisk made our move A LOT EASIER for us. It was reasonably priced and we consider it money well spent. We recommend them highly.

Brisk and staff made our stressful move simple and easy We had very stressful circumstances for our move before Brisk stepped in and helped us out. A stuff-up with paperwork for a work-related move meant that we had to organise (and pay for) our own move from Townsville to Brisbane with a week and a half's notice. Nic was professional, understanding and reassuring during this stressful time, and gave me a quote (that they stuck to) and very reasonable payment options. Nic also helped by giving us a spreadsheet that calculated the m3 needed for all furniture and belongings. The list was comprehensive and showed us that we booked the correct amount of space for a hassle-free move. They fit us on to a truck that happened to be passing through town the exact dates we needed, collected our belongings from our two bedroom home on the Thursday afternoon in Townsville and delivered, exactly on time, two days later on the Saturday morning. Brett managed the logistics of the move and kept us updated. Zac and Sam were our removalists and were courteous, good-natured and efficient. They were helpful in keeping us up to date as they approached Brisbane, and were very helpful when unpacking the truck, offering to put any furniture we wanted in any room we needed. They picked up and delivered with a smile and good humour, which was exactly what we needed. Also worth noting we had an elevator and stairs at the pickup address, and a double flight of stairs (3 stories) at the delivery address. No mess, no fuss, no damage, excellent service. If I had to recommend a moving company for any short, long or interstate hauls to close friends or family, would recommend Brisk Transport in a heartbeat.

Right from the time Casey came and gave us an onsite quote to our belongings being delivered Brisk service is second to none. Nic and Micheal in the office answered any questions I had and kept us up to date with when and what was happening. Phil and Alvin did an amazing job of packing the container and even fitted some extra boxes in with my wife's favourite plants in, needless to say the container was 'choka'. With Easter looming and a long drive to Townsville we wondered if it would arrive on time but when we arrived at our rental home there was the container waiting for us. We were lucky enough to have Phil and Alvin turn up for the unload as well and knowing how the container was packed certainly helped with the unpack. EVERYONE should at least get Brisk around for a quote and if you use them you will not regret it.
