The guys arrived to pack the container and were SO nice, super chilled and easy going. They absolutely went above and beyond our expectations! The whole house was packed into the container with room to spare! Something we didnt expect. They did an incredible job packing and making sure we got the most use out of the space. They were equally as amazing on the receiving end, absolutely incredible job when they arrived at our new place and we were so happy when everything arrived and nothing was damaged. We were so happy. Plus it was the most affordable option of the few quotes we got. 10/10! Super happy and will be recommending to all my friends and family!!!!

Amazing from start to finish! Oli and Andy were amazingly organised. They got us in a very busy period, were helpful and exceptionally responsive. From packing up the house so efficiently and quickly, to transporting everything safely with no damage, to unpacking everything into our new home so quickly as well. They also held our stuff in storage for a couple of days till we got up here. The team in the office communicated very clearly throughout the process, as did the guys on the truck. The three removalists & truck we had from Brisk Removals were absolutely fantastic! They managed to move the boxes (for the entire contents of our 3-story townhouse) to our new place (which is about 15 minutes away) AND put all of the boxes into their corresponding rooms in the new house, in under 3 hours. I was offered a third removalist a few days before the move; if you have a lot of stuff to move, I'd recommend getting three guys instead of two - it sped up the process as two guys can move stuff and the third guy can pack the truck... even though it'll cost more on a per-hour basis, the work got done so much quicker so - in the end - it cost us less overall. The three removalists I had friendly & nothing was too hard for them. They were quick & easy to deal with. That said, I think it depends on which guys you end up getting; a friend who recently used Brisk said that his particular removalists made some offensive & homophobic comments - but I personally didn't experience any issues with the Brisk staff that I had. Personally, I would highly recommend Brisk Removals & will use them again for future moves. Well done Brisk, an A+ effort!
