They were friendly, efficient and willing to help with extra request and has go e out of their way to make the move as easy as possible. They catered to our every need and did everything possible to make the move as smooth and stress-free as could be. They made sure all of our furniture was completely set up and put back together properly. Exceptional service—couldn't have asked for a better team!

Moving house is stressful and logistically challenging. Like most people I guess, I have had my share of bad experiences with Removalists and was cautious about everything to do with this move. From the first call to the last, from removing the first piece to the last, dealing with Brisk was fantastic. Beau and Luke did the move and were fabulous, fast, careful and kind. Ben took care of the booking and Michael did the admin, both were responsive and thorough. Dealing with Brisk was truly my good news story with this move and I will be sure to share it far and wide. A very sincere thank you!

Bec

Brisk is a very professional and affordable and easy to work moving company. I would like to recommend this company. We moved from melbourne to brisbane. The service by movers at Melbourne and brisbane did a great job - friendly, professional. Max at Melbourne branch did a great job in arranging the moving. The mover at brisbane - Alwin, Jack and Mark did a great job unloading everything -professional and gave more time to move items in a friendly manner. The job was so stressless due to them. I am very sad and unhappy about the brisbane branch representative. He said he will lookafter my happy plant which is 3m long, worth AUD 300. Now, after a month of storage my plants is almost dead. I reminded several times via text meg and calls, i even asked if i could pickup one first week of storage. He said they do look-after it. I usually water my big plant once in 2 weeks. Nothing has been done as promised. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone.

Samaria Black

From the moment I made my initial enquiry with Brisk right through the whole experience all my questions were answered, messages and calls received, I was kept in the loop every step of the way in a professional and respectful manner, my things were handled with care, the collection of my belongings was a smoothly executed endeavour, my belongings took 48hrs to arrive to their destination and when they did they were all in unscathed condition. And the 2 lovely lads Hux and Codi on the drop off were a delight to unpack with. So without further ado I couldn't recommend this logistics firm and company enough and I am just so glad I chose to to spend the extra money and go with the reputable and reliable option. It paid off ten fold.

David Peng

I used Brisk to move our house from Melbourne to Brisbane in July. The guys who came to our house were great and efficient, managed to load all stuff into the container. The same for those people in Brisbane who unloaded our furniture and belongings well and carefully. We really appreciate for their service and work attitude. Brisk also have dedicated customer service team looking after how their customers evaluate their service and follow up with you closely to get any issues sorted out. It's the removalist company i would highly recommend. I have already referred them to my friend who will also move from Melbourne to Brisbane in September. Thanks Brisk for your men's excellent job.

I had an excellent experience with Brisk and truly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, clear, and completely stress-free. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the move as easy as possible for us. Communication was outstanding, and we always felt informed and supported. Paul, Clayton, Nick, and the two gentlemen who handled the pickup on the day were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They kept checking in with us throughout the journey, updating us at every step and making sure everything was going well as our belongings were transported. That level of care made a huge difference and gave us real peace of mind. They were genuine lifesavers during a very tiring time, and I’m extremely grateful to have found them. I will 100% use Brisk again for any future move and will continue recommending them to anyone who needs a reliable and professional removalist. We used Brisk Transport for a move from Melbourne to Noosa Heads QLD. At each end they were punctual and professional. They got everything into the shipping container, carefully and diligently. The container was stored for 2 weeks (hotel quarantine) and delivered on the requested day. At the Queensland end, they unpacked, moved our things to the relevant rooms, and even assembled our beds and connected the washing machine etc. NOT ONE ITEM WAS BROKEN OR DAMAGED. THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING!! We have 3 other friends making the move to Queensland soon. Guess who they are going to use?

Ben Whittaker

I’d like to just say how overall excellent the service we had today was with Brisk Transport. We moved from North Brisbane to Maroochydore and from initial contact from an enquiry, to pickup and put down later this afternoon it was a pleasant experience. Mattie, Kaylan and Robbie worked tirelessly to load a full truck worth of belongings and transport it without issue to our new home. They moved our items with care to both our stuff and the house\walls and I would highly recommend you consider them for your next move.

Isireli Tuicakau

Andre and Fernando the 2 amigos?? A big shout to these energetic, very organised, friendly amigos.Couldn’t have chosen a better company to help us move let alone sending me these 2 guys. From the moment they arrived, everything was planned well, the way they handled our furnitures,TV,fridge etc,was all done with TLC. Once I had moved houses I got help from family and friends, and for those of us that’s done this before,it’s a very stressful period, but boy was this stress free??. Thanks Brisk Transport for business, and thanks ?? to my 2 amigos Andre & Fernando, and for those who are planning and looking for someone to help them move, look no further. “Brisk it don’t risk it”?? Moving house is never stress-free but I really appreciated how Brisk made the removalist part so simple. From the moment I called and spoke to Robert to make my booking, to Allan and Stat taking excellent care on moving day, especially having to go up and down 2 flights of stairs to move everything out, it was all so seamless and easy. I really appreciated everyone’s help and will be recommending Brisk to friends!

Good service

jane walsh

Team Joao, Levi & Ethan ???? After selling a house, I moved into a rental property 3 weeks ago with Brisk and they were excellent - I left a positive review for that move. The rental property, however, was a disaster - mould hiding throughout and a rotting unsafe deck amongst other things - so had to break the lease and repack and move again - nightmare scenario, but the Brisk team of Joao (who did the first move and is a champ), Levi & Ethan were absolutely brilliant - so professional and quick and honestly made this move (which I was dreading) pretty easy. Thank you! Would 100% recommend

Jack Yung

Jayden & Blake moved my partner and I from south Brisbane to north Brisbane today and we couldn’t be happier with the service the boys provided. Clean & tidy truck, great attitudes and made our move feel seamless. Thank you fellas, can’t recommend Brisk and the blokes enough
