Wow l can not believe what an amazing company From the office girl who took my query to the person who quoted and organised the pick up in Melbourne The truck driver who went to pick up and no one was there as was promised to the delivery to the Sunshine Coast a week later. To the delivery driver up here Everyone was exceptionally polite and helpful I can not recommend this company enough A very satisfied customer

Allan Dempster

This is a company that does what it says and does it well. From the initial contact with Glen, the excellent organisation by Alex, to the physical stuff done by Travis, Jordan and Emma, and finally, the delivery in Queensland, everything ran according to plan. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional. Travis did an amazing job of assessing the load and packing the container. Emma and Jordan made sure that everything was properly packaged and documented. A great team that I hope I have the pleasure of meeting again for the second load in Jan 2023. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with Dawson and the service they gave us. We were downsizing, so had heaps of things to fit into a smaller house and needed one truck and a container. They packed our things and unloaded as agreed. They also helped us reassemble the bed, which was a great help! A few weeks afterwards someone came to collect all the boxes and paper, which was very helpful. We feel we definitely went with the right company.

I received the most amazing customer service excellence from Alex (lady) and Glen in the Melbourne Depot when arranging my shipment. I had a really positive experience with Dawson's amidst the general stress of moving. From quotation to queries leading up to the move itself, and asking for advice on packing, the staff were quick to respond and very helpful. The process of uplifting and subsequent delivery a week later went smoothly. I would recommend them, highly. I did obtain a second quote and decided to go with Dawson's.

Lana Dogan

Thank you to Margaret & the team at Dawsons for a stress free experience. From the moment I called to obtain a quote to move my belongings from Melbourne to Sydney you were a cut above the rest. I instantly knew I wanted to go with Dawsons (despite not being the cheapest quote on my list) and I'm so glad i trusted my gut. Excellent and honest communication, reasonably priced, friendly service and best of all everything arrived in one piece! Will definitely use you again in future.

Stephen Carter

Thankyou Glen at Rowville depot for your great service and to the boys who packed and unpacked.

Curtis Caskey

I contacted Alex with Dawson to help move my daughter from Victoria to WA. Alex was back with a quote very quickly, in fact days faster than any of the other movers I contacted. During our discussion I found that she could also help ship my daughters car and her cat. Again prompt quotes and excellent communication won the day. The shipment was picked up and delivered well under the proposed time. After a number of issues on my end with the cat and the car both were shipped and delivered without issue. Would I use Dawson again. The answer would be 100% yes. It’s wasn’t a huge amount of items but they treated me like it was. Excellent job Alex and team Dawson.

Andrea Risborg

David, Mick b , Vince and Will from Dawson moving did a brilliant job unpacking our shipment from Sydney to Melbourne . It sure wasn’t an easy unpack but this team made it so fun, stress free and an efficient unpack. They went above and beyond to sort the challenges the packers in Sydney created for them which btw wasn’t a Dawson pack. I would highly recommend this team. Thank you guys for your care and respect setting up our new home. You are the A team. Moving and unpacking is never easy but of the 17 moves we have done abroad and here 2 in Australia we rate you guys number 1.

The team went beyond all expectations moving extremely cumbersome and heavy items without hesitation or complaint. Everything arrived intact and I would recommend Dawson Moving to anyone. Competitive price and extremely easy to work with. Thankyou

Jules Bondy

Dawson is moving us and also storing our excess furniture as part of the 'de-clutter' process prior to our big move. A few days ago, I somehow managed to lose my car keys and the spare set had gone off to Dawson's storage. I phoned up and explained my problem and told them where I thought the spare set was located. In less than a day they had not only found the keys but also had them delivered to my home. They were super friendly, and even more importantly, super helpful. Thanks for your responsiveness and efforts to help me in making our big move as smooth as possible! You guys are awesome. January 2017 update: Now that we have completed our move I thought I should update my post. Our move was flawless, the guys who moved our household items were careful, super efficient and considerate. Today, the came round to collect the empty boxes so that they can be used by another customer later. No additional charge. Once again, a heart-felt thank-you. You couldn't have happier customers.

Rose Cetot

I had to use Dawson before after another mover had left me stranded with everything in my parents' garage, and the service from Dawson was impeccable, to the point that they were my first port of call for my next move and then also my most recent. I booked a pack and move, and the apartment was packed and moved (out of the apartment and into a self-storage unit) all in the same day. I'll definitely be using Dawson again in future

Prue Edward-Subotsch

Today the guys from Dawson Storage and Removals delivered all our belongings which have been stored for 6 months. When they arrived we had some final work being done and the house was not ideal to receive “goods”. I showed Phil where to leave the load of stuff that he was lugging, only to find our carpenter working in that spot. I was stressed and felt bad for Phil, because he had to move it somewhere else. I apologized to him, he could see I was stressing, his response was absolutely wonderful, he said “ it’s alright love, this is me job, I can more it as many times as you want me too”. I immediately felt the stress and tension leave me. Thanks so much Phil, you were an absolute delight, as was Levi and Gary. And All the staff in the office. I spoke with Alex a number of times and nothing was too much trouble. For hassle free, professional removal, storage and drop off I would definitely recommend Dawson. Well done guys.

I can’t recommend Dawson more. I have booked two jobs with them. Margret from their team was super helpful and clear on everything to me for the quote. So far, they just did first one for me. It has already amazed me with their professional and good quality service. The boys even had a very decent stretch working with my friends barely speaking English. They really have a sense of removal professionalism in their body. Look forward to working with you in weeks time for the second move. Thank you.

Brandon Peall

Had my stuff packed and removed by Levi and his offsider (don’t remember his name, but he was a legend). They did an outstanding job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these lads and Dawson Moving and Storage to anyone who needs to move.

We move in 2023 with Dawsons to our country home in Broadford, the team at Dawsons were great, they kept us informed of what was happening and when and gave us lots of handy tips and tricks to make it easy. All the heavy and cleaver lifting was done but the Dawson team. So when we moved from Broadford to Melbourne and then on to our forever home, the first people I called was Dawsons in Melbourne. They quickly pulled up all my information and again arranged everything for us including six months of storage with them. I whole heartedly recommend the Dawson removals, and genuinely would trust my possession’s with anyone else. Thanks Dawsons Melbourne.

Our experience with Dawson Storage has been nothing short of excellent. Today my wife and I closed our storage unit as we’re moving overseas. We were welcomed by the kindest ladies in the office. They took great care of us, answering all our questions, helping with the paperwork, and making the process simple. We decided to hire a store-man to help us unload and pack the truck, and Lincoln was absolutely outstanding. He’s friendly, capable, and hardworking, and his efficiency and knowledge really stood out. We’re so grateful for his help, it made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend Dawson Storage. The service has been fantastic from start to finish.
