The team arrived on time, listened attentively, spoke respectfully, assisted with tools for disassembling some furniture, loaded and unloaded with careful and consistent pace and even agreed to move around some house furniture at the second location. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended.

Pedro and Davi of DNS Removals made the enormous process of moving homes as easy and enjoyable as possible. Both Pedro and Davi showed courtesy, manners and respect for my family and our household items. They only required instructions once, it was wonderful to work with people who listened, which meant the moving process occurred without issue or damage. I have used DNS twice and wouldn’t hesitate to engage the company again, especially Pedro and Davi. Excellent work guys, thank you again.

Michael Pignat

Thomas/Hyan and Alan were fantastic. They were punctual, arriving on time and also worked at a really good pace. They were incredibly careful with all of our belongings and also careful not to damage the house at either end of my move. There were 3 men involved and all were incredibly polite and respectful, they were truly a pleasure to deal with. The positive experience even goes back to the beginning of booking in the job and speaking with Andrew who was incredibly communicative and helpful. Moving is a stressful time and there are a number of things that can go wrong, so I recommend taking some of the stress out of your move and using these guys.

My family and I have used DNS a few times over the last 3 years and they’ve been straight forward and reliable every time. This year Ricardo & Rai helped me move my things to storage and they were so helpful and very quick! Couldn’t have done it without them ??

Jeremy Lyne

I used DNS for my move today and I was super happy with the service I received. Thomas and Andre were really great to deal with. Communication was excellent and they were fast and efficient for the whole time they were working. I had a bit of a complicated move where I needed them to pick separate items up from 3 different locations and then move it into my new apartment within a really short timeframe because I could only secure a lift for 1 hour in my new apartment. We ran into an issue where the truck was slightly higher than the maximum height at my loading bay. This was probably my fault for not checking the maximum height before I booked. Thomas and Andre called their manager and arranged to go back to their depot and change trucks to make sure they could fit into the loading area and still got back in time to get my things unloaded. Both of them were very hard workers and really professional and polite and friendly. I’m very happy with the service they provided and the way they work. I would definitely use this company again if I ever need another move done.

Vicki Billett

Caroline Rhys-Jones

I would highly recommend DNS to anyone and would definitely use them again. I organised a recent move for my elderly mother-in-law and from the outset the communication and level of help from Andrew was exemplary. The moving teams (it involved two days) were great and although there was damage to one precious item, Andrew organised a professional expert repair to make it as good as new. We could not be more grateful for that. Accidents happen but the true test of a company or individual is how they respond to make it right. Thank you again Andrew, and to everyone else who was involved in making this difficult move for my mother-in-law so much easier than it would have otherwise been.

Joanne Cashin

Luiz and jhym Found them to be very good would use them again in my next move

Fantastic experience. One move day. I had issues with my originally booked movers, and was left in urgent need of another set of movers. I Called up DNS, who were able to accommodate ASAP. They had another team free too, so got 2 trucks and 5 guys who packed up moved and unpacked in 7 hours (i paid the full rate of course). The boys were smiling, were happy to adjust to what I needed/ ask them to do. And everyone single item was undamaged. Many thanks DNS, Sam and team!

Paul Burke

DNS movers where the only moving company to get back quickly with a quote . They showed up on time and worked hard and fast. Great company to move at good prices. Thanks DNS, Paul Burke. Heather Burke: I felt .like family were helping me move (nice family). I am fussy and careful with my heritage pieces but I soon learned these two young guys were trustworthy. They didnt even eat their lunch till the job was done, and that was mid afternoon. The owner/manager is friendly, efficient and good on communication. Come to think of it.it was BETTER than family help!! I'd go straight to DNS again no worries. And by the way.they did all the moving AND THEN asked for payment. You won't find that in many companies. Go ahead, just use these guys. ItllI save a whole lot of mucking around.

Michelle

My removal yesterday was handled by Leo and Rai. I was very happy with their level of professionalism, teamwork and attention to detail. Smooth and Stress-Free Move with DNS Removals I recently had the pleasure of using DNS Removals for my relocation, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth and hassle-free. First and foremost, the customer service was exceptional. From my initial inquiry to the final delivery of my belongings, the team at DNS Removals was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. They took the time to understand my specific needs and provided clear communication every step of the way, which gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. On moving day, the movers arrived promptly and were incredibly organized. They handled my belongings with care, ensuring that everything was properly wrapped and protected during transit. Their expertise was evident as they efficiently loaded and unloaded the truck, making the most of the available space without compromising on safety. One of the standout aspects of my experience with DNS Removals was their attention to detail. Not only did they take care of the heavy lifting, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. This level of personalized service made the transition seamless and saved me a lot of time and effort. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of DNS Removal's services. Despite the high level of professionalism and quality of service, their rates were competitive and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. Overall, I cannot recommend DNS Removals highly enough. If you're looking for a removalist company that prioritizes customer satisfaction, professionalism, and attention to detail, look no further. Thanks to their exceptional team, my move was stress-free, efficient, and even enjoyable.
