All our stuff was wrapped and covered and stacked like a good game of tetris. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you! 2 x removalists (Bradley & Dennis) + Truck - Arrived 5mins early to my place. - Removed all my furniture and personal items in boxes efficiently and safely into the truck. - Arrived to my new home directly after I arrived. (They did not waste time on the road) - Unloaded all my items and furniture out of the truck, and placed my furniture into my 'wanted' arrangement/floor plan. I honestly was expecting both Dennis and Bradley to complete this in 3hrs (including 1hr travel time), they unexpectedly finished pick-up, drop-off and arrangement in 2hrs. I'm quite impressed with both Bradley's and Dennis's efficiency and would highly recommend Fragile Removals & Storage. - Colin

Amazing removalists! Have moved with them about 4-5 times, and they've been prompt and reliable. The guys have been super quick with loading the truck and don't muck around, this plus they're excellent prices have meant our moves have been much less compared to quotes by other removalists. I just had a short notice move last week, and they had me packed up and moved within 2 days of my phone call. Everyone I've spoken to from Fragile, the booking team, payments and movers have all been the best of people. They'll always have my business.

Just moved interstate (VIC to QLD) and had a great experience with Fragile Removals. They were both on time for the pick up and, later on, the delivery. Nothing has been damaged and the movers were friendly. The only point that I'd suggest for improvement is to be more responsive to e-mails, as I had sent a few e-mails with questions over time (first time utilising a moving company, had so many questions at different times!) and had to buzz them a few times for a follow up. Nothing that stains the quality, though. Definitely recommended!

Done alot of research of removalist companies before deciding to go with Fragile Removals. From start to finish they were fantastic! The 2 guys called me about half an hour before they arrived which was very handy, they turned up exactly on time and got to work. They were both very careful with all our items but worked at a great speed. Once our place was packed up we offered them to stop fpr lunch but gracefully they both declined to stop and moved on with taking our items to the new place. Mark who was the lead was super helpful, very kind and friendly. We were very pleased with how the move went and would not hesitate recommending their services to anyone. The cost for the removal was very clear from the start and very very reasonable for the service they provided. Will definitely use them again for our next move!

I was really nervous originally due to the last removalist company we used ended up breaking majority of our things beyond repair from lack of care or securing the load. However fragile removals really came through for us, they called ahead with an expected arrival time and actually arrived at the exact minute specified. Mark and his team (Dylan and an older gentleman, i unfortunately did not get the name of) did an excellent job. The level of professionalism and care shown while moving and securing all our things in the truck was amazing. Everything was packed and secured tightly, and all this was done very quickly in a little over an hour. very impressed, definitely will be using this service in the future.

Delivery Brisbane to Melbourne was to take around two weeks but arrived in five days. I would never think of using any other removalist

Fragile movers took a job at the last minute when another company didn't turn up and they were very quick, professional and explained to me things I may not have known as in ohsc with storms which others I have used haven't, the two guys that did the move went above and beyond to help me, even after doing 2 jobs before mine, as I was in a bind with having no one, their help was very much appreciated. The guys from fragile removal did a great job. They showed up right on time and were very friendly and professional. The price was also very good for the busiest time of year. Unfortunately one of the guys hurt himself during the move so we waited an hour for someone else to come out. We weren't charged for that time and were kept well informed about what was going on during that time. I will probably use these guys again.

this is the second time i have used this company and they really get in and get the job done... for a company that charges by the half hour I would assume they would take their time but these guys really want to get in and get out. But more importantly they do it with care. Both times I have watched the boys take the time to help each other move round tricky corners and wok out the best way through rather then just push it through. Worst removalist company I've ever used and won't be using them again. The two removalists who came to my house to pick up furniture and packed boxes showed little respect both to me and my belongings and I was thinking about cancelling the job half way through because of their arrogance and ignorance. Calling themselves 'fragile' is bollocks because these removalists didn't even know that an expensive bed needs to be lifted and not slided along the ground. They also tried to rip me off by saying they weren't willing to check their wallets to pay back the correct remaining money in change. My recommendation - DON'T USE THESE REMOVALISTS!

They broke numerous furniture items that I had to replace myself as they took no responsibility. They were terrible to deal with & I have told everyone I know not to use this company ever. Best removals company is Brisk Transport they are efficient & brilliant at what they do.

We were moved 2 weeks ago and I lodged a complaint about missing items, one of which was a very expensive men's bracelet. Have made contact several times after being told they would contact me on Monday pending the outcome of an investigation. Haven't heard back despite several emails and phone calls. Very disappointed with the time it is taking to resolve this matter and allow me to get a claim underway! Leaves a very sour taste in my mouth when a move to a new home should be a joyous occasion. Company should have reputable staff that treat the fact that they are in our home as part of their job and act professionally. Not happy :(

Do not use this company!! We were scheduled to have our furniture delivered however on moving day, the removalists didnt turn up. When we phoned the company to see what had happened the staff (Ella and Jem) were dismissive and advised that they didnt have the job booked in, despite us confirming with them over the phone twice prior to moving day. At one point the staff above blamed us for the error. Staff were unable to identify who their senior manager was or what their escalation pathways were for such situations. It took writing a comment on their social media page to receive any action to resolve the situation and identify who the manager was. We had to wait two days for the company to organise delivery and we were therefore required to make alternative living arrangements and dispose of perishable food (fridge items) resulting in financial loss. We were promised that the company director, David Drezner, would phone to apologise and discuss the situation however were still waiting. We also have multiple scratches on furniture items and damaged packing boxes. Its been an incredibly poor experience.

This company did a terrible job of our move in Brisbane. They sent the wrong size truck, meaning we had to waste money swapping vehicles. One of the movers clearly did not know what he was doing, asking constantly what to do and needing long explanations. The move took a lot longer than it should have. Two pieces of furniture were broken. I witnessed them on more than one occasion trying to shove the furniture through a door it clearly wouldn't fit through (when there was a more appropriate door that would work). There were scratches left on two of the doors of the rental property we were moving into as a result. After many, many phone-calls and e-mails some compensation was offered and someone was sent to fix one of the doors. After two efforts to fix the door unsuccessfully (painted a door with wall paint without stripping back old paint, and then came back and painted it a much darker colour), we were offered compensation that would not cover the replacement of the door. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Caution - think twice before using this company. Drivers were a no show and no alternative arrangements confirmed by the company. Read below for full details. I booked Fragile Removals for mum and dads move from Calamvale to Rochedale South for Saturday 3rd of April. Everything was all set including reconfirmations from both sides - both Peter from Fragile Removals and mum called to reconfirm the booking a few days prior. However, on 3rd of April mum received a voicemail at 9am, the same time as their removals was meant to show up, stating that one of their drivers got Covid and has to isolate and the second driver also has to isolate. Alice, from Fragile Removals, informed mum that they couldnt get anyone until Tuesday (after the Easter long weekend) but mum pushed back and said its too late as they need to deep clean the 3-bedroom townhouse and hand back keys to which Alice said she will try for Monday the 5th of April. Mum called me and I was shocked to hear this unfolding and I could hear how distraught she was. Mum doesnt have a good heart and that triggered me to call Alice myself. There was no new information that she hadnt already told mum and she just kept repeating that she will try and find someone for Monday. Moving home is already stressful enough as it is and when the removals company themselves cause additional stress, its unbelievable and truly unprofessional how they dont have systems in place to mitigate risks. Weve had to cancel their services or lack of services I should say because we have zero trust in them now. I hope someone reading this puts proper systems in place such as having standby drivers on call as backup and having a standby manager on duty for staff to call - Alice was the only staff member working with no manager. Mum and dad are in their late 60s having to unpack essential items such as bedding and toiletries from boxes because everything was packed and ready to go for their move. I do hope leaving this review will make the company improve their services but for us, youve lost a customer.

Don't use this company whatever you do!!!! We moved from Melbourne to Queensland and they have trashed nearly all of our furniutre, smashed pictures, legs broken off furniture and then said the furniture was vintage and therefore delicate. Quite to the contrary it was incredibly sturdy and well wrapped furniture. On arrival in Queensland the unpacked said that the furniture had not been correctly packed and that there was too much weight put on it which smashed it. They are refusing to answer correspondence even though they originally accepted responsibility. This is the worst removal experience I have ever had!!!!!

Would not recommend these guys. First I worked harder than the two guys did. Their only interest was stretching the job out. I did alot of work before the move day so it was only the heavy items to move pretty much down the road. Because it was listed as a 5 bedroom house they thought it was an all day job and were annoyed it was only small. They painfully took their time while the hours clocked up and at the end they damaged a piece of my furniture that I've heard nothing back from them about after multiple attempts.

Worst removal company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. (Hate to be that person but) Each and every step of this process has been nothing short of frustrating. Drivers were 4.5hours late with no correct boxes, labels or idea where my items were going - communication between consultant, drivers, and office was piss poor. Drivers meant to arrive at 2, didnt rock up until 630 in the evening. Meanwhile couldnt get on to consultant at all during this time and had dealings with different support people promising calls back and updates and receiving very little. Had to call many times to arrange my items be put in the correct location with labels, the box I paid for, and itemised. Poor communication regarding my items arriving too! Gents unpacking my stuff at the other end were really nice and quick though - legends!

One star is still too high! Removalists were untrained backpackers, one with little English. They sent a truck that was too small, and had another person's stuff in it so they missed out some of our things. The lack of training has resulted in damages to my furniture which the company is now not accepting. I don't expect to pay a premium to get untrained backpackers - could've used Air Tasker if that was the service I wanted!

Worst company ever. They extorted us. We were given a $500 maximum price estimate to move all of our stuff from our 3rd floor apartment into their storage facility. We moved ALL of our stuff except for 5 pieces of furniture to the ground floor about 10 metres from their truck ourselves before they arrived (and they were late by the way), and yet they charged us MORE than their maximum estimate despite the fact we did the majority of the work. Absolutely worst company ever. All they did when i raised the issue with them was make excuses and refuse to listen to anything I said. I've made a complaint to the ACCC and also to Consumer Affairs Victoria. DO NOT USE THEM.
