I just had a very heavy oversized lounge taken over my glass balcony with no altercations. It is a very tight & difficult spot to reverse a truck as I live in a townhouses. I couldn't watch it was a daunting job with went off without a hitch. I am very happy with their service hence the 5 star. I was a little disappointed, when booking they asked what furniture had to be moved I gave a list, but the truck they used was to small, they had to make another trip. I was quoted no more than $450.00, at the end they asked for another $150.00. I think maybe that,s why they bring the small truck, having to make a second trip for more money. We were pleased with the service

We bought our dream couch for our new home without checking if it would fit up our stairs (it didn't!) Our original moving company washed their hands of it so we called Lifeline Movers. The same day they were at our place assessing the site for a balcony lift and less than 24 hours later they were on-site with a lift and a team, bringing our couch over a second story balcony.
