Large ceramic pots broken by poor handling practices. Heavy chiminea fire pot not secured and laid onto the pots causing breakage. Argument ensured with owner of company, quite heated, with no responsibility accepted at all. Will not use again and will not recommend to others.

This company treated my daughter and her housemate with complete disdain and behaved in an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Refusing to move a seconds load even after being paid to do so. Also have yet to receive a receipt for this disgraceful excuse for a removal job! Not happy and will be taking this complaint further!

Got a fridge off these guys and they delivered it as well. Fridge did not work at all. Refund me the money back but I still had to pay for the delivery of a fridge that didn't even work. Was told that they would pick it back up and months down the track and nothing has happened.

I regret using their service. They asked me to "move" glass tables and the TV myself. They scratched my Wight goods and later, after they made me pay before completing the delivery, I found one of my dining chairs was damaged. The good reviews were so misleading.
