Palmers Relocations

Corinne Pettersen

The container arrived on time and Lucy, Pillah and Nulf both introduced themselves and we did a walk through of our home and what was required to go in the container. The whole process was effortless. They all took an area and worked tirelessly until the container was stocked and ready to leave. I was fascinated by the way that Pillah was able to fit everything in like a jigsaw puzzle. Amazing! I could not recommend them highly enough and the respect for our belongings was second to none. Thank you to the three for making this challenging time easy, Corinne and Russ, 30 Montclair Avenue, Brighton. Vic 3186

Kathryn Williamson

The team from Palmers was excellent from first contact to the end of the two day move. Extremely responsive and good problem solvers when we had a couple of plan changes. Even did a walkthrough of new property prior to any unloading ,pointed out and photographed some minor issues that we could note on our condition report with real estate agent. Excellent and unexpected. Very happy that we chose Palmers.

We had a really positive experience with PSS. Communication throughout was clear and reliable, which made the whole process feel smooth and organised. On moving day, Jon, Jon and Dave were fantastic—friendly, kind, and genuinely supportive, especially with my kids. They made what could have been a stressful day feel calm and easy. Louise in the office was also incredibly helpful, particularly with organising the collection of empty boxes after the move, which was much appreciated. Overall, a professional and thoughtful team

Very impressed with the service provided by Palmers Relocations during our move from Melbourne to Brisbane. Ron was very patient and helpful throughout numerous emails and phone calls. The guys arrived on time for pickup and stacked the container well - any loose items were put into larger boxes or wrapped up in blankets (including the dogs bed!). Delivered was delayed a few hours as a result of the QLD flooding so 4 guys were sent instead of 2 for unloading to speed up the process. Palmers were more expensive than other quotes received but they provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

Kathryn Sammut

Nav and Jeet were just fantastic! In and out in 3 hours! Very professional- fast working! Made a horrible job very enjoyable! AND I DIDNT TOUCH A BOX!! Thank you! Palmers service all around has been on point! Thank you team x will be referring you definitely!!

Moved from Melbourne to Ireland during the pandemic and very happy to have used Palmers Relocations for the removal process. Kieran was excellent from visiting to provide a quote all the way through to providing paperwork I needed in Ireland. Household items professionally packed collected and delivered door to door which was ideal and easy car drop off and pick up. Highly recommend Palmers Relocations.

Kimmy Morris

I went with Palmers over several other companies to move from Melbourne to NZ because of the excellent communication and friendly service. Their quote sat in the middle of my other quotes but the service sealed the deal. They provided all packing materials and packed my items with care. The pickup driver was friendly and helpful and the customer support centre are always lovely to speak with. Huge thanks to my consultant Marcela who was an absolute breeze to deal with. I know my things are in great hands and I will recommend Palmers in the future.

Paul Gray

This is the second time I have used Palmers to move me. The first was between suburbs in Sydney. This last move was from Sydney to Daylersford in Victoria. I can't rate them highly enough. Greg Palmer was very personable and efficient in assessing what had to be moved. He explained what packing would be required and it was delivered with plenty of time for me to pack up at a leisurely pace. The teams that uplifted and delivered my furniture were very efficient and polite. The move resulted in not one item being broken or damaged. I would recommend Palmers to anyone looking to move premises.

Daniel Ross

We had an exceptionally positive experience with Palmers, who handled the Australian component of our UK to Australia move recently. Michael was clear and responsive in all communication, and the removalists on the day were hard working, friendly and followed all covid guidelines. I can sincerely recommed Palmers based on our experience.

Stephen Williamson

This is a great company whether it's a small removal interstate or a full removal. The staff are excellent from the first phone call to delivery. Highly recommend this company to everyone

Julie Cannon

I am belatedly posting this review, but after seeing some of the recent negative reviews wanted to note my own experience with Palmers Relocations. I cannot recommend them highly enough!! I hired them to pack up and ship all of my things from Melbourne AU to Boston USA. The team did a 10/10 job carefully packing Everything, large and small including high-value fragile furniture and other items. My contents were put into a container just for me, and shipped to Boston. However, my circumstances changed and I ended up staying in Melbourne. Palmers re-shipped my container from the US back to Melbourne, and unloaded my stuff at my new house. Despite all of my worldly possessions literally travelling around the globe, not a single thing was broken, scratched or damaged. On top of this, they were incredibly responsive, helpful and professional throughout the entire long process. I am a huge fan of Palmers and encourage anyone needing moving/shipping to use their services.

Kelly Rutty

Everything was fantastic! James in the office was really helpful and returned emails quickly! Delivery and unpacking of the shipping container was quick and painless. Nothing but good things to say about Palmers Relocations!

Michael Cairns

I used a confederated search to find a mover from our relocation from Melbourne to London and the Palmers rep was the first to respond within hours on a Sunday. From that point on, communication was frequent, consistent and helpful and as we worked though what exactly we would transport, Palmers staff were responsive and professional. The final cost was very reasonable. The team who showed up (early) to do the final boxing up were fantastic and efficient. Nothing arrived at the final destination damaged. The hand offs to the forwarders was done well and without any incidents and the final delivery once in the UK to the home was done professionally and helpfully. The delivery team took everything into the house and placed it where we wanted it. This was an entirely stress free process. Thank you!

Prathepan Moorthy

Nav and Lucy did an excellent job packing our house for the move. They were very friendly, easy-going, and professional throughout the entire process. They took extra time and care to make sure everything was packed properly and securely, which gave us great peace of mind. Their attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. Highly recommend Nav and Lucy for anyone looking for reliable and stress-free packing services! Thank you.

Crispin Schneider

Great experience. But this does depend on which removal guys you get.

Brian Beatty

Palmers Relocations did a fantastic job and made the entire process easy and manageable; moving internationally is complicated enough, and Palmers made the final part of our journey easy. Palmers worked with us through the whole process, from receiving our shipment, facilitating the quarantine and customs process, flexibly providing extended storage for our goods as we waited to move to our new home, and expertly delivering our shipment to our home. The delivery staff were extremely professional, polite, and capable - assembling furniture, verifying the manifest, and verifying if anything was damaged during shipment. And if that weren't enough, coordinating with their staff via phone and e-mail during this entire process was a pleasant and productive experience, which made working with Palmers an overall great experience.

Moving countries can be stressful, but the Palmers team made my move to Oz much easier, so much so I re-engaged them for my subsequent local moves too. The crew I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. I was kept in the loop the whole way and everything arrived on time as communicated and in good condition. What I appreciated most was how supportive and calm the team was. it genuinely took the stress out of a big move. I’d happily recommend Palmers to anyone planning an international or local move.

Lauren Torrance

Amazing service! From the initial get-go with Tina, she was friendly and professional. I loved that she called me and had a conversation unlike other companies who just emailed sales templates everyday. Tina made the whole process so easy and I was also blown away at how good a value the service was. I was worried it would cost a lot moving internationally, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Tara who arranged the pick up was lovely and helpful, then the packers WOW they were great. Quick, energetic, happy and I didn't need to do a thing. Highly recommend!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH Palmers Relocations for making my interstate move so incredibly smooth and stress free. Not to mention the most affordable option. If you’ve come across Palmers Relocations for an interstate move, congratulations, you don’t need to go any further. 1. The staff that assisted me in booking and organising my move were top class, and ready to answer all of my questions with timeliness and concern. Can’t fault their communication through the whole process and they were lovely to deal with, each time. 2. To the actual guys doing the heavy lifting and the truck manuevering - you guys are seriously awesome. I’ve never seen a group work with such efficiency and care, and they did everything to make sure my items were looked after. 3. They provided a door to door service, including storage, and everything was accounted for an intact at my new place. 4. Not the mention the price - literally $1K cheaper than most of my other quotes. Thank you again.
