When you move, you must update your address on the electoral roll, otherwise your name will be removed and you will be unable to vote (which can result in you being fined). You are eligible to enrol for your new address after you have lived at the new premises for at least one month. Link: http://www.aec.gov.au/enrol/change-address.htm
  7. Update your details on the ATO website
For businesses: If moving means that your business address will also change, it is a legal requirement to tell the Registrar of the Australian Business Register (ABR) within 28 days of any changes.
    Update your details here: https://www.ato.gov.au/business/registration/update-your-details/

Now that you have your services and utilities under control you can focus on getting your belongings and furniture moved to the new location. Again, rest assured because we can take care of this too, in a cost effective, environmentally friendly, and hassle-free way. No matter where you are in Australia, we make it our job to find you a discounted interstate removal provider.

We have plenty of space available weekly from Sydney to Melbourne (return), Brisbane to Sydney (return) and Melbourne to Brisbane (return), and Adelaide to Melbourne (return).  And if you don’t live at any of these major cities, our location matching algorithm will match you with a trip if you live ‘on the way’ of one of these routes too.

Now before you look for available space through our system, a good place to start would be to find out exactly how much space you will need. Not sure how? Don’t worry because we’ve taken care of this too. If you click the link here you can go to the inventory calculator and you can actually enter in the items that you need moving and we will calculate the space required for your move. Once you have done this, on the same page you can begin entering your details and we will find a service for you.

So, with all that in mind, you now have the tools and knowledge to move hassle free and you can simply sit back and let us do all the work for you.
