313 Movers Gold Coast - 5 stars for the men, they were fast & friendly & efficient. Moved 3 white goods from Tweed to Southport. However, the communication from the company is very poor. After waiting for several hours (at the agreed time/date), they rescheduled to the next day. Then the following day they arrived an hour early when I wasn't yet at the house & tried to charge me for the extra hour. The overall charge was ridiculously high. "Call out fee" which they refer to on the phone as a "deposit", is not a deposit and is not subtracted from the final charge.

Horrendous Within 5 days of our move 313 movers contacted us and informed us that we had been given a wrong quote. $2000 extra was needed. It was a long weekend so we couldn't find or hire another truck. We were told that they would arrive at 7am, but didn't arrive until 11.30am. We were told the truck could hold a 4 to 5 bedroom house, 60m3 truck, but the they left half our furniture behind, which was only a 3 bedroom house with no wardrobes, because they didn't pack correctly. Dining table and chairs, double bed, radiogram, single bed mattress and outdoor setting, china cabinet, plus small extras were left behind. I had carefully packed items into similar size boxes so it could be stacked correctly. They decided to stay somewhere over night and arrive at the destination at 8am, but didn't arrive until 10.30. They made our move so very hard and long. And it is costing us extra to go back and pick up our remaining items . Very very unhappy

I highly recommend avoiding 313 Movers. During the booking process, Zain explicitly confirmed our pick-up date. However, there was absolutely zero communication from them leading up to the move.The day before the scheduled move, I had to call them myself just to confirm everything. I was told they would call me back in the afternoon, only to then be informed that they could not make it the next day. They forced us to wait an extra two days for our pickup.This completely messed up our plans. We had already organised bond cleaners and given our notice to vacate the unit based on the agreed date. To make matters worse, the staff are incredibly rude and refuse to listen to customers. Do not book them.

Escaping domestic violence as a single father with a baby, my matter was urgent and I was reassured I'd be taken care of.I booked in a removalist to attend in the afternoon, and assured they would arrive between 10am-3pm. I notified them I had a cleaner booked in at 3:30pm and was again reassured the removalist would arrive before 3pm. Come 3pm, no removalist and I waited to be told "stuck i traffic" several times. The cleaner could not start with furniture in the house. I waited until near 5pm for the removalists to show finally, take one look, wrinkled their node up at me then went off for 20 minutes yelling into their phone in another language at their boss then took off. Admin said they were told they cancelled the job because they sait's a health hazard and filthy/smelled" It was all a fabricated lie just because they judged me as a person. I was mid move, and trying to flee my abusive partner. This company put my son and myself at risk. Thumbs DOWN BEWARE.

Do not book with them!!!!!! Be careful. I booked 2 months in advanced, paid the booking and they call me same day of pick up “our truck is having some issues” wait until 12pm- I called again “the truck is not working… what do you want us to do?”. Think again about booking with these people.
