We were working in near 30' heat, and despite all of us becoming quickly drenched in sweat, the guys declined our offer to take 5 to grab some water, instead preferring to power through until the job was done. My original removalist stood me up did not turn up at all, and when he called me 3.5 hours later was rude and swore at me eventually hanging up. 777 world removals came on short notice with their biggest truck and the 3 guys that came did the work quickly and took extreme care with my stuff. Fantastic!! Was moving from Canberra to Wollongong and out of several quotes, 777 World Removals were the most cost effective but doesn't mean quality of service was sacrificed. They showed up when they said they would, Matt was highly responsive from initial quote to moving date, moving guys were friendly, no complaining and went about the move, were very efficient and the move early ahead of the scheduled end time. My new place had stairs (which I thought was going to be troublesome) and they just lifted my fridge, couch and washing machine up the stairs like supermen! Also looked after both apartments ensuring they didn't bump into walls/doors when moving things. Also dismantled my bed and reassembled the frame of the bed, which was highly appreciated. Highly recommend!

These guys came to our rescue at the 11th hour!! After being screwed around by another removal company who didn't show up and gave us no reason as to why, we called 777 removals at 7:45pm and Matt booked us in for the next day at 11am. The two guys rang in the morning and said they'd be an hour earlier than expected which suited us and they did a great job to get all our gear out in such a timely, friendly and professional manner. We can't recommend this company enough!!

The removalists themselves were very helpful. They arrived to help with the packing (as we had booked), and while we might have preferred they take a little more care of things that were clearly valuable to us, they were efficient, answered our questions and got us right on track. They also left us with some additional boxes for final packing - 30 additional boxes just to make sure that we had enough. We were told that those boxes could be returned if we didn't use them, but we did need to pay for them upfront (which we did). On moving day the removalists were excellent, fast and efficient. All our furniture was transported without fuss. The only reason I'm taking stars off here was that they charged $23 per box for packing (including the ones they left with us). Doing some basic maths, $23 x 30 is $690. On the final moving day, they only gave us a discount of $100 for returning those boxes. It's a great business model, to be sure. They get to sell those boxes to the next customer, and effectively net $46/box. It's just not very good customer service or ethical business practice when. by rights, we should have been refunded $690. But, again, the removalists themselves were great.

Unprofessional, DO NOT USE. My Furniture broken and filthy, they came with a dirty undersized truck. Matt lied from the beginning. One guy couldn't speak or understand English at all. Two guys, both weak in strength couldn't move furniture dragged it along timber floor boards. Dropped treadmill, broke light, drawers and gate. Told me the job would be two loads and would cost $1,200. They left the major appliances like washing machine and refrigerator till the very last (and it wasn't on the second load). They went and got the major items we needed to live on a third load, parked the truck in the drive and wouldn't unload it until we paid over $1700! After promising they could move my house in 2 loads!! These guys were not professional removalists, absolute joke to watch. They are CROOKS Holding furniture at ransom for their insane price and uncaring unprofessional move. When asked about insurance details they have me a home contents provider NOT a business removalists insurance company. I recorded my phone conversation with Matt, need any more information regarding this please contact me. Ill be going to fairtrading to report the sham business. These other reviews saying how great they are are FAKE!! Beware do not use this business. Tried to post this on Facebook and 777 World had blocked me from submitting bad reviews.... shows how honest and bad they are!! Update Dec2020 - Google reviews (5 star etc) are fake, they have used copied other peoples photos from the net to create fake accounts, I have got in contact with someone who's photo they used. The small print on their invoice was copied from another removalist company and had their name and ABN details. We did pay them more than what they quoted then they sent us a letter of demand for more money. I took these liars to NCAT and won, they had to pay us back!

Don't Use Ever Arranged a truck to relocate a 3 bedroom house, they sent a small 4.5 ton which was completely inadequate, when questioned about the size and the end cost of using such a small truck as the job would take most of the day, they cancelled the job and left us with nothing on our moving day.

I had a bad experinece after the second time using their service. First, they promised us to look after our white goods using a special wrap to cover my white goods. It happened when two guys carried my washing machine from level three to down stairs (we lived in unit and no lift). Suddenly, I heard something cracked very hard. I saw the cover at the back of my washing machine came off from its and broke. We called an owner and told him what happened. An irresponsible owner said "buy it from ebay, it is very cheap and you don't need the original one". "It is not a big deal", he added before hung up the phone. We were vey upset yo hear the solution. Consequently, we deducted the total amount that I should pay to buy that spare part. Clearly, won't never ever using their service again. Vey bad experience. Poor service over the phone. Operator was extremely unhelpful and was really passive aggressive. Was Given an online quote via email with no clear options/instructions to close the loop in communication. When feedback was given in a genuine manner (through another staff member)- was told that they know how to answer phonecalls. Once again just lack openness to feedback and reflect.
