We have AA for two local moves within the last eighteen months. We found them sensational from beginning to end. Josephine was a delight, friendly, professional & very accommodating an asset to the company. The guys were first class, arrived early & nothing was too much trouble, even when the latest move took longer than expected (downsizing is always easier in theory.??). Definitely excellent value for money, outstanding quality & service. They certainly eased one aspect of moving & we would highly recommend them.

Nadine Arenstein

I highly recommend this company. They called me a week before delivery to confirm a suitable date and time. They carried a heavy chair up a flight of stairs efficiently and carefully. All packaging was unwrapped and taken away. They were very professional and reliable. I am extremely impressed with their service.

The whole process from getting the quote with Ange to identifying the size of truck necessary for the move was very smooth. And finally to Sam and his team who were thoroughly professional in moving the items. They were so quick with everything and the entire move was completed in 5 hours. Finally, AA Furniture Removals was the first company that had provided access to trucks of all sizes based on the inventory. Will definitely use them again in future. Thanks for everything.

MyMoovers let me down on the day of moving (did not show up). Called up AA Furniture Removals - they were able to show up at 12:00 after calling at 10-30. Frank the driver and removalist did a fantastic job. Can recommend him any time. Very professional, efficient loading - protects furniture and belongings very well. Frank is just great. The Sales Team was great organising the truck and Frank in short time - but had to pay a slight Premium for the short term service request.

Second time using AA, from booking the appointment with Josephine, to the move it’s self was effortless and easy. The pride this company takes in running their business is AMAZING. Moving is not easy, but the experience we have had both times now really takes the stress out of it. The truck arrived on time, the guys showed great care in what they where doing, very professional and excellent value. Would highly recommend as the number 1 go to for your next move.

Archie Velante

AA Furniture Removals team are great! Thanks for Sam and John who helped us with our move! Highly recommended.

Matt

From dealing with Ange over the phone multiple times to then spending the day with Sam and his crew we could not have asked for a better experience. After submitting our inventory Ange called us and recommended we go with two trucks instead of one, bumping the hourly rate up by around $90 per hour. Of course we were very skeptical and said no. In my line of work I often get paid to consult. So many times people pay for advice and then do the opposite. After reflecting on this I called back and agreed to the two trucks and more men. Thank god we did. Actually ended up saving us not just money, but a lot of time also. Sam and his crew didn't stop working all day and made us feel very assured. Well done guys. Seriously pro effort. We'll be using you again without a doubt. Matt - Preston

Thanks to AA Furniture Removals for moving us second time round in 2 years. They moved us from Hawthorn, VIC to Bondi NSW. We moved a whole 5 bedroom house and they couldn't have made it any easier for us. The girls in the office were a breeze to deal with, and the removalists Sizar & Maher were so professional, courteous and did a fantastic job with our move. Highly recommended. If you've come to this page, look no further. You have found the right removalists for your job.

Michelle Burke

OMG this company is fantastic. Right from the initial phone call with Ange , I felt comfortable and listened to. The removalists themselves Leo and Fardy, not only were they great human beings, they were mindful, respectful , efficient and just got about getting the job done. Moving is very stressful, but this is the first time that a move was just easy. It's the little things in life that make a great one. I am really grateful to the team here at AA Removals, thanks again. Michelle

AA Furniture recently moved my inherited possessions from Melbourne to Darwin. The office staff were courteous and efficient. The packers came on time and packed so well that none of the items were damaged. There had been a lot of glassware and crockery which had sentimental attachment. Nothing was a problem and the unpacking at the Darwin end was just as good. I felt my possessions were in good hands and AA made it so easy for me. I would recommend them.

Carolyn

The two men (Jay and Sonny) who moved my daughter were lovely to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very careful and respectful of her belongings. They dealt with the building manager professionally. It was peace of mind knowing this company is affiliated with the Australian Furniture Removalist Association. Being part of AFRA was the deciding factor in which company we hired. I checked other company reviews and discovered the AFRA. The office/booking staff were great to deal with and kept me informed at every step. The move actually took twice as long as quoted but we felt comfortable that it was done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend AA removals.

Patricia K

Fantastic service! Reliable and affordable and would definitely recommend highly. Josephine was a pleasure to deal with and gave me great confidence that my move would be a success and relieved alot of the pressures of relocating!
