Our move took place over three days, Chris and his team were absolutely fantastic. We couldnt fault a single thing. They were respectful, careful and worked incredibly hard. I needed to move from Blakeview to Virginia short notice and rang these guys. They tailored things to make it happen without a fuss. 2 guys arrived on time ready to work. Even though I was still a bit unprepared they got in and moved my stuff with smiles. Everything was wrapped in furniture blankets and bubble wrap. They were professional and fast. I highly recommend Anspach Removals and storage to anyone wanting to relocate. My sister has already booked them in for her move next month to Port Lincoln.... 10/10 from me.

Hey Chris Just wanted to thank you for making my move fromPort Lincoln to Norwood as painless as possible . Mat and young Jordan were amazing at London Street. I was really impressed with young Jordan , he was friendly , polite and worked like a trooper - a pint sized dynamo . Today Mat and Kyle again were amazing . The tight entrance to the property and the townhouse stairs were all dealt with professionally and with a more calm than I was feeling .The guys did everything to reassure me that it's all part of what they do and they weren't fazed by it . The team at Anspach Removals did a fantastic job for a tricky and demanding situation that we faced. We moved out of our home for the sale and used the Anspach storage options over a number of months before changing the final destination interstate and adding an extra pickup and top up of our container before departure. Anspach made it easy for our family and no fuss with any of our ever-changing requests, just solutions and great communication. The SA team for pickup were highly professional and well labelled and itemised our belongings and interstate counterparts did an excellent job. We highly recommend the team at Anspach!

Disgraceful customer service. The workers x 3 (at a cost of $190 per hour) wasted time standing around chatting in the truck on at least 3 occasions for a considerable amount of time, carrying one small item at a time to waste time, complained about pulling beds apart (one of the main reasons I decided to engage a professional service), lost vital pieces to put one of the beds back together and tried to tell me it was ok to wait 2 weeks for the part to be delivered by mail, and damage caused pulling drier off the wall (both were rectified because I wouldnt pay their invoice upfront) and then they would rather issue proceedings than fairly communicate regarding their disgraceful and unprofessional service saying they dont want to get in a debate! The owner of the business has responded and this is an update: I stand by my review which was fair and necessary. I too have the paper trails confirming their unwillingness to acknowledge the behaviour of their workers, which was the reason the owner came to finish the job. I have witnesses that were with me and saw the manner in which they were working for the 7 hours until the owner arrived, and the 3 of us had to assist with loading/ unloading the truck to keep them moving until the owner arrived. The worker took it upon himself to drive to IKEA to replace the part he lost and returned to put the bed together. The owner was willing for me to wait 2 weeks for the part. I was present when the drier was removed, not the owner. The holes left were not due to removing the bracket they were due to the bracket with dryer intact being pulled off the walls. Owner will not have a fair discussion regarding the behaviour of his workers. He is basing his costs on his quote only.
