The team is highly professional, speaking excellent (and I mean truly excellent) English to properly help you plan moves with efficiency. Unreliable and Unprofessional I booked a local house move two weeks in advance. Everything was confirmed with Muhammad both verbally and in writing via text message. He assured me he had five years of experience and worked with professional movers, so I trusted him. On the morning of my move, I texted him an hour before our scheduled 9:00 AM pickup time. There was no reply. I called three times and left a voicemail, but received no answer. Past our scheduled booking time, he finally called me back at 9:15 AM. He stated that he had slept through his alarm and would not be able to arrive for another 30-40 minutes.Because I had several furniture deliveries tightly scheduled at my new home, this delay caused extreme stress. When I expressed my frustration, Muhammad did not apologize or offer a solution. Instead, he told me I should just cancel him and find someone else. He left me completely in the lurch on moving day without showing any professional courtesy or regret. Due to this unreliable service, I had to cancel the booking and scramble to find another mover at the last minute while dealing with my property settlement. The mover I found scheduled me in 3 days later as it was short notice. This had an impact on my overall moving experience and delayed the whole process for me unexpectedly and unnecessarily. I highly recommend avoiding this business to save yourself the extra stress during a move.
