Hi my wife and I had to move house today the 15th of December 2023. I chose to use Auservin Removalist to move into our new disability home not knowing what service I was going to get. But I have to tell you that Bruno and Antonio were absolutely amazing. They were well mannered and took excellent care of our all of our furniture and especially my wife's disability furniture. The price was also fair for the amount of work that they did. The only problem that I have is that I would call them in a heartbeat to move us again but I don't plan on moving for a very long time. Auservin movers are perfect, I would easily rate them high. Hired their service for our new house movement, and start to end was a delightful experience. Rod and Giovanni came on scheduled time and managed all items with almost care. We didn't need to touch any item, they moved the trickiest items like a child pay. They were polite, friendly and honest - the best they didn't waste a single minute which we generally complains about other movers. At the destination they were patient with us and kept the items wherever we asked. We moved to new build house so they were very careful while moving the items. Had 2 blokes take the piss and time waste to get as much hourly as possible. What should have been an around the corner job done in 2 and a half hours max has taken 4. Timed them to put in a bar fridge, washing machine and fridge into a truck (from the curb beside the truck) 35 minutes

The worst removalist anyone can imagine,promised me to send a truck that has a capacity of 6 or 7rooms, from 10am loaded my staffs, making me suffer when 8 months pregnant and has a one year old. at 5 pm. when truck was half full and my furniture, tv and outdoor furniturr not loaded yet, offload my staffs, as could not put everything in. In between, hamy brand new coffee table is broken, and God knkws what else. Just putting a legal complaint
