I don't like to give bad reviews , Unfortunately our experience wasn't great. Upon receiving a quote, they seemed genuine and as they were the cheapest by a lot, they were what we could afford. As we didn't have a full house, we were supposed to be a back load with someone else headed to QLD. When they arrived to pick up our stuff, there was hardly any room for our items and told us "They had more stuff than they led on" so everyone squeezed in what they could and left the rest to be picked up at a later date. This was super inconvenient as the family was leaving the same day as the truck and other tenants were moving in so the rest of the stuff had to be stored elsewhere. These things happen, no worries. After a stressful time and a great few mates to help relocate the remaining items for the time being, the family finally headed up. Although we had to wait another month for the important things. The truck arrived and there was only one person unloading. The other person that was there to help arrived just as we were finished unloading. I couldn't watch him unload by himself so I helped every way I could. (Personally, this is not an issue for me at all. This is just to let those who wouldn't be able to help know, maybe make sure someone is around to help unload.) Now when it come time to collect the rest, they accused us having more. "There's more stuff here. There wasn't this much" Is what they told our friends. This made me question if the other people had more stuff than they said or if this team just miscalculated and would now say the same thing to the other people who were also sharing the truck. My question is, if we were all already in Queensland, after getting rid of everything we didn't need, where was this "extra stuff" coming from? Considering all of what was left behind was supposed to come with us at the same time, how could we accumulate any more things??? I was very saddened by this. THEN they left the table top for our outdoor set. I emailed and asked for compensation thinking it'd be easier than having them drop it off at another stage as this was another inconvenience seeing as we use the outdoor table often. But they insisted they'd drop it off on the next run . "we don't have a Qld trip booked for a while" it's been 10 months since I've been here. I'm sure they've forgotten about it. I'd rather not deal with them again anyway. But at the end of the day, everything was delivered. It was just rather stressful. Best of luck

Very disappointing experience. When I first contacted this moving company in May to organise our move from Mildura to Brisbane, they appeared very professional. They came to our house, assessed everything and provided a quote. We were therefore confident that our belongings would be handled properly. The first major issue happened on collection day. The service we had agreed to included packing, unpacking, dismantling and reassembling furniture. However, when the movers arrived, they did not have the necessary tools and equipment to carry out the work properly. I contacted the company and was told that this was a misunderstanding and that they would still complete the job. In reality, they only dismantled the beds and loaded everything onto the truck. The packing and other agreed services were not carried out as expected. The delivery arrangements were also extremely stressful. After providing several possible dates, we eventually agreed on delivery for 5 August because I was overseas and would only be home then. Despite this agreement, I received a message while I was travelling saying they would deliver on 4 August, when I was still on the plane and obviously could not be at home. When I finally arrived home, I was extremely disappointed with the way our belongings had been left. I had provided clear instructions about where everything should go, but items were placed randomly around the house. Pool equipment was left in bedrooms, the fridge was left downstairs instead of in the kitchen, and furniture was placed in areas where there was barely enough space to move around. One box containing clothes had been placed underneath other items and was covered in oil, resulting in the clothes being damaged. The sofa was not reassembled, the beds were incorrectly assembled, and one of the mattresses actually fell onto the floor because the bed had not been properly assembled. The trampoline was also left unassembled in the living room. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication afterwards. I have tried contacting the company several times and also sent a message last week, but I am still waiting for someone to respond and explain what happened. I understand that moving house can be complicated, but this was not simply a small mistake. Several services that we had paid for were not completed properly, belongings were left in inappropriate places, furniture was incorrectly assembled and some of our belongings were damaged. The most disappointing part is that the company initially appeared very professional, which gave us confidence in booking them. Unfortunately, the actual service was completely different from what we expected. I hope someone from the company eventually contacts me to explain what happened and address these issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

AWD 2013

We recently moved from Mildura to Geelong. Our Xbox which was packed in it's original box never made it. They denied our claim but it definitely didnt make it to Geelong even though they confirmed it was put on the truck. Use at your own risk and watch anything valuable that they transport.

EDIT; So now you have something to say. A supposed witness to a delivery does not constitute physical proof it arrived and I can prove that it didn't by the fact the item is not here! This item is serial numbered and I am happy to have the police resolve this if that would be preferable to you. By the way it is not defamation if it is true. Pretty disappointed in my experience with these guys. Had an item go missing they denied it and and cut off communication.
