I found brilliance on line with an excellent score of 4.9 from 5 on a trusted website After my last move from another company,I certainly did not want any damage to my furniture, some of which is from the family home in the 60s.You can see the wraparound on , the other company didnt do that and seriously it took little time to do. Very professional service. I had Michael visit my home and advise what size truck would be required for the job. The guys came on time and worked very hard to ensure the job was done as quickly as possible. They also came prepared with blankets and shrink wrap to ensure all our items where protected. Fabio and Thieran were very professional. They were careful with our furniture, expertly handled fragile items, and worked at a very efficient pace to load a large townhouse into the truck in record time. I had Victor and Welton come and help me move out of my apartment in inner Melbourne. Due to a tricky front entrance and numerous stairs, a number of items needed to be removed by a balcony lift or carried a fair distance down stairs. I was very impressed with everything they did. They were communicative throughout the day, moved everything with care and professionalism and always with a smile. They also worked really well with Yori from the balcony lift company (can strongly recommend Lift Up n Go Furniture Solutions too!!) and generally made the entire move very efficient and easy. My items were beautifully and carefully wrapped, including a number of large mirrors and other fragile items, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The price was also very reasonable and Eddie was very accommodating and flexible in booking the move in. Thank you Brilliance Removalists and Victor and Welton - I will not hesitate to use your services again and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality removalist team!
