This is by far the greatest service I have had. Thanks to Gui and Marcelo. They are not only efficient, but also treating the boxes I packed gently and taking extra care to fragile items that I have labelled as fragile on the boxes. They put extra layer onto the couch and tvs, which some removalists dont do properly. Therefore, I am very grateful for this service. It is reassuring to see the care they had for my belongings. They are also approachable and answered all my questions, as well as explained to me how the shipping works and the security in place for my container.

Very professional service. I had Michael visit my home and advise what size truck would be required for the job. The guys came on time and worked very hard to ensure the job was done as quickly as possible. They also came prepared with blankets and shrink wrap to ensure all our items where protected. Hi everyone, I cannot recommend Brilliance Removals & Storage more. We had a very large house in Melbourne to pack up and move to Shepparton. Can I say that the team of Marcelo, Thiago and Leo were unbelievable. They were polite and courteous and very engaging. Most importantly, they worked their butts off. Whenever there was an issue they actively engaged to ensure they got the move right. As I said, the move was significant, from a very large two storey house to regional Victoria and Marcelo and the team worked until nearly 11pm!!! They were kindly helping put my lounge suite together into the night......all whilst still having a smile on each of their faces. There was not a nick left on my previous property and not a scratch on the house we've move into. Employ Brilliance Removals with confidence and if you get Marcelo's team you are in luck! I used Brilliance Removalists to move between two suburbs in Melbourne. As mentioned in another review, they may not be the cheapest, but the price difference is more than worth it for looking after your stuff and the hassle-free service you get. Pedro and Adnan did the best job, and it was the smoothest, least stressful move I've ever had (and I've had a few!) When they were going to be just 15 minutes late due to a problem with the truck, Pedro called me to give me an update, and from there it was all smooth-sailing. They were so careful with my furniture, wrapping up the wooden pieces so there were no scratches or dents, something other removalists have not bothered to do. Eddie was also great in his responsiveness, and making sure I could schedule the move at a time of day that worked best for my settlement. My mum even commented on "how great the removalists were"! Thanks Brilliance, I'll definitely call on you if I move again... which I hope is not for a while! :)

As their name suggests, these guys were absolutely brilliant. The guys in the office, particularly Guill, were so lovely and responsive to my needs and timelines. Always staying on top of things from beginning to end of my interstate relocation. Rubens and Rodolfo performed the uplift and were very professional from the moment they arrived (and right on time too!). They assessed my items for removal and wrapped and loaded everything with such care as though they were their own possessions. Ive been incredibly impressed by them, greatly exceeding my expectations. You guys were absolutely amazing and made my move so much smoother and stress free!! Delivery at the receiving end was also spot on. No damage to any of my items or furniture. Everything was delivered exactly as packed and unloaded with such care. With many events taking place in Melbourne during Den Fair and Saturday inDesing. We are extremely pleased with all the efforts & care involved in transporting a temporary display showcasing some new bathroom products to leading Architectural/ design studios in Melbourne. The team arrived on time after providing an ETA and were very well prepared with all the right equipment ready to transport all the fittings back to Schiavello HQ in Tullamarine. Excellent service! We had furniture in storage with Brilliance for 2 years that needed loaded into the van before the team came to the house to do the main removal. They called early and kept us updated with their progress and arrival times. They were really approachable, friendly, professional and really quick!
