Emma Galvin

Vivien Simon

Rubens, Rodolfo and Shammar assisted us with our move and provided careful exemplary service. Our household effects were disassembled, handled with care, moved and reassembled. Brilliance Removals staff are diligent, obliging and very capable. I chose Briliance because they do not use subcontractors, but their own employees. I believe bad experiences in moving house are due to the movers being motivated by money rather than service. Rubens, Rodolfo and Shammar provided most excellent service.

Junie Yip

My second move with Brilliance and it went very well. They value customers’ experience and it shows from the booking process to the move. Taking away a lot of stress of moving. Paul was my booking consultant and he was so responsive in answering my enquiries and assisting with the booking. Removalist team Marcelo and Yhairon were punctual, efficient and friendly. Communicative in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Thank you Brilliance Team!

Lisa Dibben

Absolutely cannot fault them. Carlos, Andres & Joao were brilliant. Friendly, professional and efficient! Would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service.

Matheus bergamim

These photos were taken by a completely satisfied customer, Ken Haley, who has rented for 51 years and moved a dozen times over that period. At top is a photo taken on the last day of occupancy in his flat in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. The three below are of his new home in Victoria's northeast. The entire move, taking from 7.30am till 10 at night was carried out to the highest professional standards Ken has ever encountered. Not a single piece of crockery or glass was broken, and his personal library of over 3000 books arrived intact, with carriers Marcel and Carlos treating every item, from the largest to the smallest, with the same level of care you would expect of them if handling their personal possessions. Ken wishes to record his complete satisfaction with Brilliance's service and would recommend the firm to anyone facing the stresses and pressures of pending relocation.

My experience with Brilliance was awesome. Arnold and Ishael were incredibly lovely, and very accomodating of a rather challenging king mattress and spiral stairwell problem - though this didn’t stop them attacking it with a smile on their face! I recently had the pleasure of having BRILLIANCE REMOVALS & STORAGE for my recent move, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The team of movers—Arnold, Leo, and Leonardo—were outstanding in every way. From the moment they arrived, they worked seamlessly together, showcasing a remarkable level of teamwork that made the whole process feel effortless. What truly stood out to me was not just their expertise, but their positive attitude. Each member of the team had a genuine smile on their face, which made the stressful experience of moving much more enjoyable. Their upbeat spirits and friendly demeanor helped to lighten the atmosphere as they carefully handled our belongings. In addition to being friendly and efficient, they completed the move in record time without sacrificing quality. Every item arrived at the new location safe and sound, and they even took the time to help us set up a few larger pieces of furniture to our liking. Overall, my experience with BRILLIANCE REMOVALS & STORAGE was nothing short of excellent. Thank you
