Definitely more than 5 stars service! These guys, Louiz, Guilhenne and Nelson are absolutely fantastic! Highly professional and courteous. And very willing to do a little extra when asked, like helped to shift stuff which was not going into storage. They knew exactly what they needed to do to move my household effects from home to lockup storage facility. After initial inspection going around assessing all the packed boxes, household furniture, furnishings and everything else, they formed a plan and decided on what would go into the container first and eventually filled it up systematically. Plenty of room to spare! Not to mention the extra care in handling fragile and delicate artwork. They worked with speed on this extremely hot 40 degrees day and ultimately, I ended up paying less. Highly recommended and will definitely use Brilliance Removalists when it's time for me to move my stuff to my new home. Thanks so much! 24/04/2020: Today, 4 months since I last use Brilliance Removalists, I again book the same service to move my stuff from storage to my home. Amazing service provided by Guilherme and his team. I hired this company to move from Perth to Sydney in June. They were very responsive from the start and tried to accommodate all my requests especially with dates of pick up and drop off. The website has a tool that allows you to select items you own and gives you an idea of average space needed in a container for your belongings. Price was affordable and I received all my furniture and boxes in the same condition as when they were picked up in Perth. I 100% recommend this company!

I used Brilliance Removalists to move between two suburbs in Melbourne. As mentioned in another review, they may not be the cheapest, but the price difference is more than worth it for looking after your stuff and the hassle-free service you get. Pedro and Adnan did the best job, and it was the smoothest, least stressful move I've ever had (and I've had a few!) When they were going to be just 15 minutes late due to a problem with the truck, Pedro called me to give me an update, and from there it was all smooth-sailing. They were so careful with my furniture, wrapping up the wooden pieces so there were no scratches or dents, something other removalists have not bothered to do. Eddie was also great in his responsiveness, and making sure I could schedule the move at a time of day that worked best for my settlement. My mum even commented on "how great the removalists were"! Thanks Brilliance, I'll definitely call on you if I move again... which I hope is not for a while! :)

Bruno and Rena have been working so hard today from 10am til 5pm. I'm so so greatful for their help, they even put together new IKEA furniture for me which saved me a lot of stress. I moved from the upstairs part of a house to another upstairs apartment (up one floor) and they were really careful with my belongings and managed to fit in lots of little boxes along with the furniture. Gui and Carlos were an amazing team that worked extremely hard and were masters in packing their truck to make all the furniture and boxes fit into it. They handled all our things with the most utter care, used protection blankets where needed and tied the different layers within the truck so nothing would move or shift during the transport. Excellent service! We had furniture in storage with Brilliance for 2 years that needed loaded into the van before the team came to the house to do the main removal. We engaged the services of Brilliance Removalists to move our furniture and belongings into a container for storage before we found where to live on the East Coast. Godoi, Clayton and Omar took great care wrapping our furniture and packing into the container along with our boxes and belongings. We did a lot of research into removalist companies as the company who moved us from the East Coast to Perth were A1 cowboys with some boxes nearly destroyed from placing the heavier boxes which we had marked heavy on top of the light boxes resulting in lots of our belongings being broken even having to pick up items that had fallen out of the broken boxes. After meeting Eddie at our apartment with him answering all of our questions which must have seemed like an interview to him and Godoi, Clayton and Omar being friendly, courteous, caring of our belongings and hardworking we have no hesitation in recommending Brilliance Removals for any job big or small. They are first rate 10 out of 10

First move we had to do in 5 years so lost the touch a bit, but everyone at Brilliance could not have been more helpful and patient. My wife and I hired Brilliance Removalist to move and store our belongings a few months ago - it was an exceptional service from the office staff and the movers (I forgot their names but they were friendly and efficient! Great personalities too!). Yesterday, we got our stuff out from their storage and our movers, Clayton and Godoi were equally as amazing as the previous movers. They arrived early to survey the area, they got to work immediately, and their work ethics were really impressive. As usual, they were friendly and helpful. We thought it could take a while but we managed to finish in 3,5 hours. The team at Brilliance made moving less stressful and they always have a big smile on their face - which was great! We cannot thank Brilliance enough as they provided an emergency removal service at a moment's notice. We were very impressed by the speed of uplift in which Justin and his partner/s demonstrated their experience by completing a large shift in a few short hours. This was in spite of the rather hot weather conditions which made carrying heavy furniture pieces upstairs a very challenging and difficult exercise. These movers were great. Showed up on time, worked steadily in moving/packing the huge truck all day, and did it with a smile, despite the heatwave! Managed to fit it ALL (3 bedrooms!) in for one trip. Pretty impressed by their work ethic and we appreciated the care they took in wrapping and moving our belongings. They had plenty of blankets and wrapping things. It looked like they did a really good job making sure the boxes and furniture were placed in good spots in the truck as well as in the house, with things marker 'fragile' at the top of each stack. I would definitely recommend them for other people who are moving.

We chose this removal company 2 days before our move from pakenham to mambourin (just past werribee) and have no regrets what so ever.. they treated our things ever so carefully and were very time efficient. They even set my bed up at the other end. What more could you want..this move took over 6 hrs maybe closer to 8 (i lost track of time) and their politeness and smile never wavered.. I've known Eddie, the Owner, for a few years. He's a lovely, helpful man. I am sure I left a review a few years ago but cannot see it anymore so am writing another. The crew he hires are fantastic. They're professional, efficient, very careful with your belongings, friendly and have a good laugh. Once I found Brilliance, we haven't been with anyone else. Mind you, we've not moved in the past 5+ years, but planning to do so by the end of the year/start of next year we'll be calling on Eddie and his team to help us move again. A friend of ours had used Brilliance Removalists twice before and he told us we wouldn't find a better company to help us. He was right! We were downsizing from a very large home to an apartment with one month in between. The team who moved us out were fantastic! They were punctual, fast, good-natured everything you could wish for. We have been storing two shipping containers at their Beckenham premises and last week we were finally able to move much of our furniture into our new place at last! Luiz Godoi, Junior, Iago, Cesar and Omar were punctual, kind, understanding and went above and beyond our expectations Junior even helped to set up our grandfather clock which was no easy feat!! At the end when they must've been exhausted, they pulled apart our heavy sectional couch (again!) and repositioned the carpet etc. setting it all up once more to EXACTLY where I wanted it! They did all this with the intention of not leaving until I was 100% satisfied with everything. My husband and I have moved many times over the years and Brilliance Removalists are the best company we have EVER dealt with. We could not recommend them highly enough! We moved to a 3 storey townhouse with a narrow staircase and I can't believe how extraordinarily well they handled the job. Boy am i glad i found these guys to do my interstate removals! Brilliance is a 10 star company masquerading as a 5 star because that is all that Google will allow. The lads who attended to my movement on both ends, did not leave a mark anywhere - NOT one!! Paul at brilliance from the moment he answered my call was so attentive and understanding as removals needed to be done immediately. On the morning of the truck was delayed on arrival which I wasn't too bothered with, however Paul communicated this and that is so awesome. Also for the urgency and short notice I had expected it to cost a little more than it did. 2 rooms, furniture dismantling and some kitchen stuff and tv boxed and moved. 3 hrs work or so from start to finish. The move involved long travel between properties, hot weather, a difficult driveway and stairs up to the house. The boys made everything look easy! The reason for giving 4/5 stars is only due to most of the packing and unpacking being done by myself and my partner, and moving boxes into the appropriate rooms ourselves, so we did not get the full experience of having it all done for us. We hired Brilliance for our move, we told them in advanced we wanted an 8T truck but they arrived in a 4.5T truck. They started at 8 am till about 6 pm which took so much longer than anticipated. The guys that did the job Leo and Andrew were polite and hardworking but unfortunately did not have the right equipments / skills every removalist should have to move stuff - ie: stair climbing trolley to bring the fridge up to our townhouse. They made an attempt to bring up manually but didn't have the right skills to do it. Hence the fridge is sitting in the garage. The company should be liable to provide the tools / training to their staffs to do their job efficiently. Disappointing that we had to pay so much more than anticipated, although we were given an hour discount for the trouble, it's still alot of money that we had to pay than the initial price. There were also a few scratches and dents to our walls that we had to patch up as a result of the removalist which is not great. I contacted my colleagues who we able to bring the fridge up to our kitchen and they were not even professionals! These photos are proof that we could do it ourselves with the help of our colleagues up the stairs!

After days of trying to contact the company, they finally answered my call the day before pick up was scheduled and said they were unavailable to come. They managed to send someone from the company who wasn't a professional removalist. When the truck arrived in WA, the unpack was extremely rushed. I was not given time to count the items but I was told to sign the sheet because they had another appointment and assured me everything was there. They also unloaded someone else belongings which I noted and put back on the truck. Three months later I finally moved into a new apartment. When I unpack I found that items are missing. Particularly a table, my ski gear, and a box of clothes. I have tried to contact the company several times, who advise there is nothing they can do because it has past the 30 days. I am very disappointed with this unprofessional service and lack of care that I have received. How did my items vanish? I do not recommend.

No stars. These guys contacted me in response to an online query on Tuesday 28th December and confirmed they were able to move me on 21 January. They gave me their pricing which I was happy with. I requested they lock that date in but come and do an inspection as I wanted to also get a quote for some storage. They advised the earliest they could do that was Wednesday last week when they re-opened. Ash came and went through, said I would get an email next day, didn't get anything. Chased them up by phone Saturday, said they would get back to me. Nothing. Chased them up today and they have just said they are booked out for the date despite previously telling me they would lock in the date. I have now lost a week and a half when, if they had advised me they were unavailable, I would have gone elsewhere. Why waste time coming to inspect and price the job if they couldn't do it?? These guys are a waste of time. Go elsewhere.

The packing was very thorough but incredibly slow. It cost me double what I thought because the staff were so slow and my family and I needed to help remove all the furniture in the rain to speed things up. Never use this company again.

Disasterous from Start to Finish. Damaged Furniture through negliengence and then not repaired professionally. We have moved both internationally and domestically and have never experienced anything like it especially when we chose the more expensive option thinking that we would get a superior service, how wrong can you be. Rude management, careless and care less by nature. Absolutely worst experience ever. OH&S issues and it appears the staff not trained effectively and mostly backpackers.
