Reece was great, communicating regularly on pick up, as I was not at the pick up address. He hears my requests and he & Lewis did them with a smile. They were both caring and thoughtful with moving the items at the new address (while my baby slept). It helps the challenges of a move when the removalists are happy, positive & efficient. Lewis wass quiet, yet perceptive and his assistance was greatly appreciated, as were they both. Made for a smoother move. Thanks guys.

We used Bryant & Co to move us from 2 locations to 1 location in the city, and 1 location required 2 moves on different days. The guys took all of this in their stride and it happened like clockwork. The Scheduler, office lady and the removalists all worked seamlessly together and the move got done without major issues. There were a couple of disruptions, but the team were flexible and didn't add to one of life's major stressful events. The guys who did the 'hard yakka', were very attentive, considerate and polite. Nothing phased them and never showed any signs of annoyance. They connected appliances where appropriate and went about their work in a safe manner. After a week of moving, it's all done. We're tired, but very grateful to Bryant & Co for their professional services. We done team!

They were at my home with in 45 minutes moving furniture inside , There after hours quote was cheaper than other company's hourly costs .. Bryant & Co were outstanding with our small job. There was clear communication from the beginning. Then the guys in the truck (Dan and Arthur) were fantastic - from Dans phone call giving me their ETA, their friendly greeting on arrival and their professional moving and packing. Dan then gave an ETA for the drop off so I could let the recipient know and sent a text to let me know when the job was completed. They were professional, friendly and polite all the way through. We will be booking them again for our full move.

Truely a shame - Our removal experience can only be described as horrific ! From start on the removal day to the end 6 weeks later. It was not what I thought I signed up for and far from it. I have missing items and the communication regarding this has been poor. I could not recomend this company to anyone! Even though it had come highly recommended to us to move in to an over 50s. It has been far from that. Poor communication has not helped the experience!

My mother used this service on the 5/3/25. On the day of moving, the guys were professional, fast and did the move very efficiently. It was only a couple days later when we were sorting through our furniture did we realise that multiple small items were missing. 6 bolts from a bedframe, 8 clips from a storage unit, and 2 wheels from a beach trolley were all missing. We sent a follow up call and multiple texts to the company to get replacement items. The company said they will replace all the missing items, however, it has been more than two weeks and we are still waiting despite them saying they have delivered it. Very unhappy customer. They will promise you one thing and not follow up on their promises.

Don't do it! Booked, paid deposit, only to get called on the day being told, not only aren't we going to come on time we are going to come later because we are going to a different job. Absolutely abismal, then I get subsequent calls telling me they'll be late because they're assembling a bed. Zero cares, runs more like a mates who got a van than an actual professional business. Never again, you've been warned.
