I was most impressed with their humour as they tirelessly carted my heavy possessions up a fairly steep set of stairs, l was exhausted just watching! I honestly cannot recommend this removalist company highly enough. I have moved more times than I can count, and this was hands down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, they were exceptional. I chose their packing and moving service, and it was the best decision I could have made. Every single item in my home was wrapped with such incredible care - furniture in blankets and plastic wrap, mattress in a proper cover, fragile items individually wrapped in paper, everything carefully boxed, stacked, and clearly labelled. The attention to detail was next-level. For the first time ever, I had a move where nothing was broken or damaged. Everything arrived in absolutely perfect condition, which honestly feels like a miracle after my past experiences. The team was efficient, calm, professional, and so incredibly friendly. Without a doubt the worst moving service I have ever used. After waiting 7 + hours past my booking time for the truck to collect my furniture, my belongings were delivered a week later with a crucial bed bracket missing, a smashed mirror and damaged picture frame. Can't put my bed together and now have nothing to sleep on. Getting communications from the owner is all but impossible- Doesn't answer the telephone and no business/landline number to call.
