Felipe and Cristian are simply fantastic ! Moving house is my least favourite thing. Faced with the stressful task of a rushed move to meet a deadline, Felipe and Cristian did a terrific job of easing my mind and made the relocation smooth, swift and painless. They were punctual, very professional, hardworking and yet engaging and friendly. I had a lot of assorted miscellaneous items that took up time, but that didn't deter them. Both Felipe and Cristian were fabulous in their proactive and calm quick-thinking to access the situation and strategize the best way to move all my stuff in the quickest efficient manner. I was also very impressed with their great positive attitude and pleasant manners throughout the whole process of what was definitely not an easy straightforward move. Great service. The guys worked extremely hard. The place I was moving out from had no lift and 36 stairs and the place I was moving into was up 30 stairs. They did it all with no complaints even though it would have been a very tough job. Price was very reasonable too.

Highly recommend! I used this company for my move 4 weeks ago, when I had to put all my stuff into storage. Unfortunately, the storage unit closed during the move and could not access it after-hours, but they were happy to hold and keep my belongings safe overnight (for a reasonable fee, of course). Then they were very kind and finished the job the next day to bring back all my stuff into storage. Great communicators, extremely professional and took the utmost care. Isidoro and Marcelo had all-around great vibes, and just a positive attitude throughout the process, which made the move somewhat less stressful! Ive already booked them for my move into my new place in March ??

Isidoro who helped with my inquiry for our move from Parramatta to Ryde. We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house. We also have very valuable fragile furniture pieces and the boys, who were very friendly and respectful guys did an amazing job loading and unloading everything smoothly and with such care. It was scorching hot that day, 40c to be exact and they really worked hard and efficiently. I will definitely call these guys again for our next move! The only other feedback is their administration haha, not a deal breaker. But perhaps an automated invoicing & payment system? Just to make things a bit more professional as these guys give top service!! I have had bad experiences in the past with removalists and we're so happy we have found Colores Sydney Removals!

The team made every effort to make sure our furniture fit in the truck safely and securely. They transported a piano and all of our large furniture out to Bilpin. They were very accommodating and responsive, even going to 2 collection sites to pickup furniture from 2 different places before delivery. They are friendly, they take care of your belongings and they work timely. While we believe up to a certain point Isidoro tried their best ultimately management let down this team. Either they had van issues or were over booked but Colores Sydney Removalists left us out to dry today with no response leaving us in a very difficult situation before our lease ends. We understand things go wrong and we were patient and flexible when the removalists needed to reschedule. However, just before the removalists were supposed to arrive we got a message saying "Sorry we can not do the job, the team is refusing to keep working". When we tried to contact the team immediately afterwards our calls were dodged multiple times. This left us with no solution and no way to recouperate the $300 that we were charged. This is not on the team with the truck at all, management has clearly let us and their workers down today and you should seek removalist services elsewhere if you are looking for a reliable team that you can trust
