Darwin and Diego were great, they worked SO quick and efficiently. They dismantled/built my bed for me and also disconnected/reconnected my washer. In the end, it was only 2.5 hours total (including the callout) and I'm very happy with the price and the service. Note: the truck is massive. It couldn't really fit into the driveway/parking at the Pickup location, but this didn't really seem to slow them down, they somehow managed to get all my furniture out the narrow walkway/staircase, to the driveway, and on the truck. They were beasts. In the end, all my stuff from my 2 bedroom fit in like 1/4 of the truck lol

Sergio, they are very professional and efficient. The communication was effective and the rate was good without hidden fees. The job included some walking distance from the door to the track and stairs (which will be charged by another company ) on a hot afternoon, and they kept moving without any complaints. Customer Service - The response time was swift, and filling out the survey of the items you have, is key to having a smooth transaction with them. Move Process - These guys are amazing. They treat your things delicately and provide wrapping when necessary. So glad that they wrapped our double door fridge because they had to take it up the stairs and through a narrow door. They made it fit, and it didn't have any scratches. Also, these gentlemen work fast and efficiently. Price - I don't know if price varies per customer, but Sergio gave us a reasonable quote. I believe that it's best to contact them to get the best price. I think they are the best in the business right now. They offer cash, eftpos, or bank transfers, which were handy. Overall, I would definitely get these guys to do our move again in the future. We will definitely be keeping their business card. 10 out of 10. Amazing job, and thank you so much to Sergio and his team!!

Sergio and Serge are excellent movers. On the day of the move they arrived early and got a plan together for executing the move efficiently. They moved all of the furniture and other items into their truck and secured it well. This included four large plants that involved a mature Frangipani and a Grass Tree. Each of these travelled successfully to their new home over 250km away. Nothing was broken or damaged and the surplus items were all stored in a separate 20 storage shipping container. They both worked diligently before returning home on the 2.5hr return journey. The rate they charged for this long day was very reasonable indeed and I would highly recommend Experts Movers for your next moving experience.

Although the guys were a little bit late, they were quick and careful. Moving our small 1bed apartment: we were done in 2,5 hours!! Amazing They helped us with everything we needed: bed dismantle, setting our tv up on the wall and of course the worst part was moving our huge fridge up to the second level of the house we moved in (by narrow stairs!). I was almost sure it was impossible but Sergio and his partner managed to take it up + not to damage/scratch anything at all!! Thank you very much!
