5 stars What a great experience from beginning to end with Fresh Removals. From the moment I booked, everything was clear, simple, and smooth. Communication was spot on I knew exactly what the rate was, what time they'd arrive, and what to expect. No surprises, just professionalism. Jonathan and Alan were exceptional absolute gentlemen, brilliant communication, and they handled all my items with care and respect. Everything was done on time, no stress, no hassle. The rate I received without even asking was incredible. They even gave me a further discount and the option to pay in cash (Im Italian I love that ). To put it in perspective, I contacted one of the big-name removal companies where I actually had a referral they claimed to give me mates rates and still quoted significantly higher. Not only that, their communication was sloppy, the guy I spoke to sounded like he didnt want to be on the phone with me, got my name wrong, didnt bother confirming the spelling, and I had to chase them multiple times just to get the quote. It was night and day. Fresh Removals beat them on every front price, service, communication, professionalism, and overall attitude. Ill be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs a removalist. Couldnt be happier.

Matias and Alan have helped my brother and I move from Parramatta to Ryde in mid-August and was an overall excellent experience. We had stairs at our old apartment and there wasnt a lot of street parking at the new one, but both removalists have been able to adapt to our situation. They were also very collaborative and methodical with us to make sure we are able to move our things as quickly and safely as possible which is great to see as it showed that they really cared. Would definitely recommend Fresh Removals to family and friends who are looking for removalists.

Chose Fresh Removalist after comparing Bondi moverstheyre young, friendly, and slightly cheaper. Unfortunately, the crew arrived late, loaded small boxes first (bulky sofas and beds should go on first), which led to another back and load just for 3 items... Which took 45 min alone which stretched a three-hour job into four. They also scratched the white wall at our new flat entrance. Not entirely satisfied but punctuality, a bit of organisation and speed would get them the best deal you can get

I have been moved twice by Fresh. The first time was a good experience, I was onsite to supervise. The second time I could not be there due to work commitments and I trusted the removalists. After the move I noticed a 2 meter Steele pole missing from an expensive bookcase. I sent a text asking if they had seen it and got no response. I called the storage facility and they found it, it had been left behind. I accept that things can go missing but I dont accept not replying to text messages when Im asking for something I cant find after a move.
