The another delivery team booked two weeks later, a ladder was missing, the management team Mary contacted soon after and reimbursed the replaced one, things may went wrong sometimes, but the prompt problem solving deserve more than 5 Stars! Fantastic service! I booked for In N Out Removalists to move some boxes from Adelaide to Sydney on Tuesday. The boxes were picked up midday Wednesday and delivered by Thursday afternoon! Cant fault these guys. From Mary in the office for organising the booking, too Steve and Maruo for picking it up and Masar and his offsider delivering my furniture. They moved my stuff down from Newcastle to Melbourne with only 3 days notice. Said they will be there between 7-8am on Sunday they were there 7.30am to pick up. Said they will be there next day (Monday) between 7-9am they were there at 7.30am. Service is great and are a very nice and friendly bunch of people who care about customer satisfaction! Thanks guys will use you again if I move again!
