Turned up on time and all introduced themselves politely then got on with the job. Smashed it out quickly, carefully and efficiently. Regular checking in the see where things were supposed to go, and if they got anything incorrectly placed. Nothing was a problem for this crew. Josh, Andy, and their team were beyond brilliant. Absolutely go with them for any moving needs. They were very communicative beforehand — even calling us a few days ahead of schedule to make sure we knew when and where to expect the van. On the day, they were friendly, good natured, timely, and most importantly, took really good care of our stuff. Pricing was clear and very reasonable for their work, to the point where we felt we underpaid because of how good they were. We had a tough job — pick ups for multiple locations and a steep drive on the other end — but Josh and his team handled it all very professionally and it was over and done with before we knew it. They made what could have been a very stressful day easy and enjoyable. Would definitely trust them for any move of any size. I can’t recommend them more!

Got JNA's in for a move from one sharehouse to another. I don't have any dudebros or dads in my life to help with moving so was super super stressed about the bed, mattress etc. I live a Ute and Trailer Lite life. I got JNA's in and they were so kind, so quick and so so helpful. They moved my entire life into a van in like 20 minutes. I will absolutely get them again! The best best part was that I didn't get any toxic man vibes, so that was a slay.

Moving is a pretty stressful business so I really appreciated their friendly, unflappable approach. Nothing was too difficult (including restricted access to the property driveway and lugging 6 very large, very heavy boxes loaded with books up a flight of stairs) and they were very respectful of my belongings, ensuring everything made it safe and sound. We just did our move with JNA's, while my wife and I were both down with gastro (terrible timing, I know). Honestly JNA's really relieved the stress of moving from us. It was hassle free - just the occasional question of what goes where, otherwise no friction at all. We had to do 3 trips - done with no qualms, and Andrew and Adam's spirits remained high throughout. All in all would highly recommend JNA's - only having 5 star reviews on Google may seem like a red flag (as if their reviews were bought) but now having used their services I understand why everyone who's worked with them have only good things to say. (FYI - they didn't mention anything about leaving a review to us! We wanted to give them 5 stars ourselves) Definitely worth the price. Thanks JNA's!

I rang with less than 2 weeks notice to move major items to my new home. The price was extremely reasonable, and the service was excellent. Leon and Jai were friendly, fast and respectful. They arrived a little after the nominated start time but communication was timely and they worked around school drop off.
