They helped with bed assembly too. They were very careful of all the belongings, used blankets, straps etc to ensure there is no damage. Highly recommend and they are affordable too.

Really easy move. Movers were well prepared and it took less than an hour to move everything even in the rain. Very professional as movers were able to find parking spaces near the building we were moving from/to. We were located in an area where parking was hard to find and their initiative to find one really offloaded a lot of stress on our end. I recently had to move home due to domestic violence. Diego and David were very lovely, polite, professional and thorough. They let me know first thing in the morning what time they would be arriving. They were on time, which I was quite surprised about. Everything was wrapped and secured in the truck. They laid a blanket in my entrance to ensure they didn't tread mud or water into the house as it was raining. Upon arrival at the new property they took each item to the room where the items were required. They helped me to partially build my bed. I felt incredibly comfortable with Diego and David, at all times letting me know which rooms they were going to. Would highly recommend the company! 10/10!

Great work from Magic Monster Removals! The job was on a 3-bedroom townhouse and there was a slightly narrow staircase, so you can imagine it was a challenging job to keep everything intact and not inflicting any damage to the items and the house. But they did it! For our queen-sized bed base, they sophisticatedly used the balcony to lift it down; for our piano and other delicate items, they used to blanket to cover it for protection and moved it carefully. Despite the hassles they encountered, they only take 5.5 hours for the entire job (moving out and in) - quite an efficiency! And no a single scratch on the houses and the items. Thanks Diego and David for your teamwork! And your considerate act on putting blanket on the new house entrance to keep it clean!
