Oliver and Johnny helped me move, they were friendly, efficient and careful with my furniture. They had completed the job in a couple of hours with all furniture and boxes in the right areas of my new place. Highly recommend! ??

Osanrae Admin

End to end, Movers Choice & Co were an absolute breeze to work with. I was followed up by phone and email to ensure the day went smoothly. They understood that we required clear communication of when they would arrive and were happy to call us with updates on the day once their previous job had finished up so we weren't waiting around for them. Oliver and Adrian both worked very quickly but respectfully of the space and lovely to work with. We will definitely use your services again, thank you!

They were both incredibly helpful and keep me updated with their plans and options throughout the move. They took extremely good care of my furniture and went above and beyond in terms of wanting to be of assistance in terms of setting up the new house. Jamie even connected my washing machine, which I did not expect, but thoroughly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Jamie and Tom for your move, they won't let you down. Thank you once again to you both.

Lucas was awesome, down-to-earth, and professional to communicate with from the first contact to the big move day itself. He and his colleague Sam communicated their arrival time, arrived promptly, were extremely efficient, and treated our possessions respectfully throughout. They made the process stress-free and we would absolutely recommend them without hesitations! Thanks so much guys!

We hired the Ecostax moving boxes and had the pleasure of dealing with Fraser. The boxes were an absolute lifesaver and made our move so much easier. Delivery and collection were right on time and super flexible, and the entire team was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Thanks for making our move so much smoother—I’ll never go back to cardboard boxes! Huge thanks to Fraser and the Ecostax team!

Our movers Lewis and Nic were literally like machines. They worked so hard, fast and precisely. Damien kindly booked us in even though I left it to last minute! Highly recommend.

Ann Lewis

What a difference it makes to have great communication and great people to help at a very stressful and emotional time. Dean and Lucas were fantastic - ontime, respectful and straight into it. Had them move my things twice in the last month ( different things to different places ) and it was the same both times ?? No doubt at all to use them again when the time comes, and no hesitation to recommend them. ??

Vin Penso

Movers Choice was an excellent choice when doing our move. They came recommended. On the admin side, communication was quick and efficient and our coordinator, Lewis followed up on all our queries. Nick and Chippy arrived on time, were very friendly and accommodated all our requests. They took great care in moving our furniture items and at the same time were very efficient. I highly recommend their services.

Stephen McMurray

Friendly, courteous and careful. Brilliant work fellas.

Victoria RC

I honestly can't recommend these guys highly enough. Used them twice in the last month and they have been always polite, reliable, and professional, plus they're incredibly efficient and accommodating. Really helpful crew, and their pricing is pretty fair too.

En Lim

Efficient and careful movers that were courteous and friendly. Will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!

peter vulic

Johnny and Tom from Movers chioce surely proved them selves on my move. 4 flights up and only stair access and they were professional the whole time. They were strong, well mannered, and all-round decent blokes, good for a chat while they worked and made the whole process pain free. Payment was simple, easy and on budget. I would happily have these guys move my things again. -pete

Jack Burley

Fraser and Alex where awesome, fast and no hassles. Great work by the two. Will use again.

Wei-Yun Mak

Expert service from Lucas (beforehand) and Lewis and his team on the day. Requested a big truck and received a medium and a small truck (which I think it better) and 3 movers for $266/hr inc GST. They charge to/from their base, rather than a fixed call out fee which is best if you are local. The 3 guys were all professional, friendly, strong and worked constantly, including disassembling/reassembling a couple of items. Would definitely use again. 3% surcharge for card payments is a bit high though. They accept cash alternatively.

Tessa Honybun

Easiest move! Thank you

Jack Anderson

Tom and Seb did an excellent job with our move - they turned up on time, were super communicative during the process, and most importantly packed and unpacked everything very efficiently but carefully. We would definitely use them again for any future moves. Thanks again guys!

Louise Darby

Wake at 6pm, excited but stressed thinking of the day ahead… the sunrise was clear, the air crisp on the most magical sunny winters day. Fraser and Declan arrived right on time, the black German Shepherd made sure they were cleared to enter the property, all systems go. Fraser and Declan arrived with a smile and were ready to help. They looked at the items to be moved and you could hear the wheels turning. Working like a synchronous Swiss clock they tackled, strategised and were able to make the most complex Tetris of my items. Everything in, and away we went. A huge thank you to Fraser & Declan for being so calm, considerate and extremely careful in moving my items. I highly recommend this company, I am so grateful for the professional approach to a very arduous task, I couldn’t have done it without Fraser or Declan! Oh and Kess The German Shepherd agrees! Will absolutely be calling Ecomove again.

Sandy O'Brien

Fraser and Jasper were amazing during my move. Very courteous, helpful and hard working. They were also super friendly and kind which was a bonus. They transported my belongings with care and made sure I was all set before they left. I’d highly recommend them to others and would definitely use them again! Thank you ??

Tom Clancy

Shoutout to Lucas and Damien initially; Oliver and Adz on the day itself. Highly highly recommend Clear communication from first booking, to clarification around what needed to be moved (including advice on how to correctly pack fragile items), to very graciously shifting the original booking back 24 hours at late notice, to clear text messages around arrival time. Oliver and Adz were punctual, polite, careful and bloody fast. Moving sucks but these fellas completely removed the worry and stress.

Sienna Thompson

First time moving in 15 years. The whole process was so easy from start to finish. Loved the quick text communication with the team before and on the day. Lewis and Fraser were super efficient and we moved faster than I anticipated. No breakages either!! Thanks so much, will absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Jayanath Amaranayake

Throughout our many moves, we've had plenty of encounters with moving companies, but the Movers Choice team stands out as one of the best. We recently hired Movers Choice for our move and were impressed with their services from start to finish. Firstly, they provided us with a quick and reasonable quote once we agreed on the date and time. Lucas, our point of contact, was very helpful and followed up with us frequently to ensure that we were on track with our packing. On the day of our move, Tom and Sam arrived right on time and were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Despite having to park the truck a considerable distance away, and haul everything through multiple doors, Tom and Sam did an incredible job. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly, even lifting our heavy dryer multiple times to ensure it was placed correctly. Overall, we highly recommend Lucas, Tom, Sam, and the entire Movers Choice team to anyone who is in need of a reliable and efficient moving company.

Mara

I had a great experience with MoversChoice. I’ve moved home with them three times and have been extremely happy with their service each time. They are highly professional, personable, efficient, and good value. I will recommend them to anyone looking to move.

We recently hired Movers Choice & Co to move some furniture into our apartment. We had Tom & Jamie assist with our move on the day, and we found them both to be very friendly and careful with our belongings. This was our first time moving places and we're very glad we decided to hire Movers Choice & Co as we had a great experience. In the days leading up to the move, their communication was fantastic as they kept us in the loop and helped us decide on the best service for our move. On the day itself, they arrived on time (and kept us updated on their schedule), and everything was quick and efficient. The whole process from making a booking to the move itself was smooth. Would definitely recommend them, and would use their services again if we were to move anytime soon. Thank you to the team at Movers Choice & Co!

Great experience. At a very stressful time the team at Movers Choice at Co help was invaluable. From the first call to find out what they could offer. They listened & provided me with all the options. Their model/ fees & rates are straightforward & easy to understand . Emails & texts for communication is fantastic. On the day we had Lewis, Sebastian & Dave. They were fantastic- very respectful of us & our items. Very careful & measured in loading & unloading. No request was too much. Our house move was completed with no issues & in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the team at Movers choice for anyone next move requirement. Claude

Marty Lynch

Best removals company I have used by a long way. Everyone I dealt with at Movers Choice & Co were amazing. Friendly, professional, courteous, flexible, hard working and really good communicators; including communicating with me (e.g. lots of SMS updates re timing) and also with each other as they navigated all the really heavy/tricky bits. To be honest, I made it hard for them but you wouldn't have known based on everyone's positive attitude. I lost my keys shortly before the scheduled moving time but everyone involved was super understanding. They helped me understand my options and we soon got everything sorted. On moving day Johnny and Tom were a pleasure to work with. Careful, fast, professional and methodical. I'll definitely be using Movers Choice and Co next time I need to move and will definitely ask for these guys again if they're available.

Tom Dexter

Tom and Fraser were outstanding and clearly professionals in this business. They moved things seamlessly and they had considered the job thoroughly before and during the move so we’re well prepared. Furthermore, they were extremely friendly and communicated well with us.

Naomi Bertone

Thank you Movers Choice & Co - we had a wonderful experience moving into our new home and throughly recommend you! Lucas was great with all the details we needed to get our move booking completed and continued to touch base as the moving day came close to check we were all ready and prepared. Johnny and Sebastian were incredible as our movers on the big day - very friendly, timely, orderly, efficiently, super strong, careful with our items in their truck, and amazing getting all our large items into our new house. Thanks so much!

Adam James Humphreys

Alex and Seb did an unreal job, took care of everything in double-quick time. They made the move look much easier than it was.

Tony K

The move went better than expected. Have used others in the past and just didn’t have the all round service as Movers Choice does. Professionalism from start to end. Very, very happy :)

Wendy Risteska

Fantastic service! Fraser, Nic and Joey communicated well from the day I booked and kept me updated, they were punctual and did a fabulous job carrying stacks of heavy items down several flights of stairs. They were impressively fast, took great care with my furniture and fragile items and are very friendly and polite. I highly recommend these guys and this company!

Renee

We had been looking for a interstate removalist (MEL-NTL) for weeks and came across Movers Choice and co - best decision! Great communication and got the job done efficiently. Highly recommend.

Gabrielle Penfold

I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. The 2 guys that came on the day were extremely hard-working and friendly and made our moving day go really smoothly. I couldn't rate this service enough

Brandon Chia

I am very pleased with choosing Movers Choice & Co, the reviews speak for themselves. They made a tricky transport with the fridge, washer and dining table and more as they were not easy to be fitted through our small apartment door into our triple story townhouse. They did all the moving under 2 hours from pick up to finish. They were efficient, professional, nice, and they don't slack off one bit to try and increase their sales. I really appreciated that as it was a major concern of mine in regards to moving companies. One to note though, is that they charge a flat hourly rate, and it includes time for transport from their office in Richmond to your house and back, pretty much a callout fee but made simple. However, they don't charge fees for flights of stairs, great for us! Thanks for your services and will reach out to them again for my next move in the future.

Emma Lewis

Can’t speak highly enough about the service that Nic and Hugh provided. Extremely efficient, courteous, friendly and understanding. Would highly recommended for anyone looking for a removalist in the future. Would certainly use again!

Emma Potts

We have used movers choice twice this year. Both times we’ve had fantastic advance communication from Lucas prior to moving day who also was amazing for our first move. Oliver and Billy did a wonderful job with our second move too. Highly recommended

Duygu Serbetci

I had a great experience with Movers Choice today! From the very beginning, Lewis made the whole process easy to organise. He was incredibly responsive, quick to answer all my questions, and made arranging the move completely stress-free. Today, Alex and Noah went above and beyond to take care of all my belongings. We had to stop at a few different addresses, and they were incredibly accommodating, flexible, and happy to help every step of the way. They were both kind, friendly, and fun to be around, which made what could have been a stressful day so much easier. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Their professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend Movers Choice to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers!

Grace Hayman-King

David & Tom were bloody brilliant!!!! From the quoting phase right through to the refund phase(!!) everyone was a delight to work with - good, responsive, communication; punctual; efficient; EXTREMELY helpful; & great banter to boot, which made moving (something I loathe) much more enjoyable. I loved their service so much, I’m about to book them again!! To explain the refund - I accidentally got charged too much as a particular discount wasn’t applied but didn’t bother to chase it up because who’s got the time when you’re moving. David wasn’t going to let it slide though & HE chased ME down to reimburse me!! How many businesses can you say are that reputable & honest!?!

David Pithie

Tom and Jamie were absolutely brilliant helping us move out of our house. Very professional, organised and quick! Thanks guys!

Emily Attardi

I couldn’t recommend Movers Choice highly enough. I first used them a couple of years back, and combed back through my bank statements to find the booking so I could book them again for a recent move. The company are super professional and easy to work with. They are reliable, have fantastic communication, and were flexible with my moving arrangements leading up to the day. Lewis and Paddy were my movers, and their work was on point. Both were polite and professional, efficiently going about their work. They were perfectly on time, helpful every step of the way, and just genuinely lovely people to be around. I am very particular with my things, and I felt complete confidence that they would handle my items like their own. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Movers Choice are absolute legends.

Matthew Elisara

Ollie and Lewis were our movers and they were absolutely fantastic. Lewis was able to slot us in 5 days before we had to move on short notice. Very kind and excellent fast workers that made our transition to our new home very smooth and stress free. I definitely would recommend Mover’s Choice & Co.

Kharananda Mayi

We have now used Movers Choice twice in a year (don’t ask!). The most recent was last weekend we had Lewis & Thomas to move our belongings. They were punctual, communicative, and just nice guys who not only do their jobs extremely well but enjoy what they do. Our stuff was ‘tetrissed’ (and I am not kidding) into two trucks and taken into storage for us. All was arranged by Movers Choice at very short notice and they have been so supportive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Lewis & Thomas and Movers Choice.

Simone Moore
