Amazing! I've move quite a few times and it has always been a horrible experience but Felipe & Jhonatan were amazing from start to finish. They arrived on time, communicated very well and mostly important did their work quickly but with a lot of care. The pick up was easy (a double garage) but the destination was a lot of stairs and narrow sections and they handled it brilliantly. Seriously this is the best moving experience I've had and I highly recommend these guys and the company as a whole.

On the day of my move, they turned up on time and paid careful attention ensuring they followed the building and OC rules. Incredibly professional and friendly. Only reason that 4 stars instead of 5 was because a few things were left in the garage that needed to be upstairs that I had to take up myself. but otherwise very good and price was good for the amount of time and work! Would recommend.

Not really great experience with service so far. Quote and cost is confusing. Didn't mention and note with credit card payment charge at all. Different/extra charge with what has been agreed and offered by the manager. The movers are not too bad, however not very fast and efficient and lack of communication in English. Overall, not easy and stress free moving experience like what they advertised. Not recommend if you have big and heavy funitures or lots of stuff to move. Not recommend for piano moving if you have any stairs as they might unable to complete the job.

The movers were on time and they were very careful when moving the stuff as well. Unfortunately, during the move when the from and to destination was just 7-8 mins away, the truck took more than 20 mins to come because they stopped at the servo for some water etc which is of course reasonable. The issue at the end of the move was that the total time it took for the move was 5 hours and 35 minutes ( which I think is a lot for a 3 bedroom house considering that we had already moved a fair bit of smaller items and we were helping with the loading and unloading too ). I reasonably mentioned that I should be paying for 5hrs 30 mins while we were waiting for the invoice from the office. One of the movers was adamant that it took 5hrs 45 mins and started saying that I was hungry for money. I disregarded that comment and insisted that everything was unloaded in 5hrs 35 mins and they spent 10 minutes cleaning the truck and putting away blankets and then closing up the truck. Nevertheless I paid over 1000 dollars and not really impressed with the service

Incredibly disappointed with the service. Whilst the two movers were polite and friendly, their lack of skill was evident. One of the movers was extremely inexperienced. They were slow and during all of pickup loading they non-stop talked and chatted like they had all the time in the world. In the end myself and four family friends had to intervene and start moving the furniture out of my home for them as they were so slow and apparently had no sense of urgency. On the unload drop off, again, were it not for family stepping in to move the furniture off the truck and into the house, it would have taken the two drivers hours to get it done. The final clincher for me was when the job was finished they advised me they left an item of theirs at my old property leaving me to have to return to retrieve it (20 min drive away) when I asked them to follow me, they said ‘if you’re coming back here- we’ll just wait’. The only way I can sum it up, is I paid a lot of money to have the use of a very large truck with two ‘helpers’. Again I do want to say that the drivers were friendly and polite, but if it weren’t for us getting involved I can’t begin to think of how much money it would have cost me over and above my initial quote.
