We were doing a renovation - all the furniture had to be moved out and stored in our garage. The guys that came were extremely fast at carrying out the removal and knew the best way to store items. Then a week later we had them return - now it was newly painted and yet I was so pleased to see the genuine care that the guys took to ensure that there was no damage to either the furniture or the freshly painted walls. They were kind enough to move a couple of things twice as I changed my mind. And even though and vintage mirrored China cabinet had to be moved, it was done without any damage. I have no hesitation recommencing Moving Pro - they were efficient and helpful and most importantly careful. Thanks guys made the whole job a breeze.

***Further edit - After the owner's second reply I have now uploaded screen shots of sms of the original contact from Jayson providing quote and confirmation that the job was booked. I do not lie. Owners of the house I moved in to will also sign affadavit for court stating what they say and were present for conversations with the removalists. They say they are compliant but Consumer Protection has advised me that they are refusing to compensate me so this will now be a claim in court. EDITED: after the owner's reply to my review - I added screen shots of SMS between the owner and myself - to and from the mobile number on their website, proving they DO have knowledge of this. I had also stated I refused to pay but I do have the original contact SMS with the addresses and quote from Jayson at this company. I also have 2 witnesses who were present and saw the way the furniture was stacked and the damages. Were also present when Joe called someone named Henry asking what to do. There is also a picture from another review from "Arti" showing a picture of the truck and Joe, the employee who moved me. Consumer Protection have all the photos and sms etc and are handling this claim. I only gave 1 star due to the temporary staff member Jayden, who helped with the move. The employee Joe doesn't deserve a rating. Every piece of furniture has chips or marks and even a chunk out of my dresser, gouge marks to the top of the dresser cutting across the grain, scrapes to the side tables, tears to the underside of my lounge, 6 chairs damaged, coffee table has gouges and ladder has scuff. My table was dropped and the drawer fell onto concrete and is also scratched. I refused to pay and said I wanted the owner to come and inspect - that was Friday 24 Jan and today I sent a message and photos as they did not contact me. the answer was that it is minor scuffs and wear and tear and can be cleaned, magic eraser or white paint for my chairs. I have moved many times in my life and NEVER had damages like this, even when inexperienced friends helped.. There were only 3 blankets in a 4.5 tonne truck. Joe almost dropped boxes off the trolley, he had no idea what he was doing and Jayden had to constantly advise him how to pick up, load the truck and unload. Looking at most of the reviews, I would say they are friends or family of the business owner who hasn't even the decency to call me to discuss. I uploaded just a few of the photos I took, they claim it is wear and tear. I have reported this to Consumer Protection and advise you to stay clear of this company.
