Leo and Dan were awesome in helping me move. Leo was extremely responsive and answered all my questions early on. No need to be on hold with some offshore teams, your directly working with the team. Dan and his buddy were prompt on the day of the move. They were really strong and knew what needed to be done. Dan helped with the placement of my items into storage and was a real professional knowing how to put it all together. Wonderful relocation experience. I spoke and communicated with Leo, who was amazingly prompt replying to my texts, even during the Christmas period. He literally set the standard for our pending move. Additionally, there were no hidden costs. Leo was upfront with the fees - hourly rate and call out fee. They did not charge extras like so many companies do, and were fully insured. I had three differing quotes and O'Clock removals were by far the most competitive and reasonable (that doesn't mean the service was 'cheap', it means they had a standard hourly rate with no hidden surprises and didn't charge by the half hour or by how many guys they used, etc). The removalists were punctual, literally on-time if not a minute or two sooner. Pedro and Fab were professional, yet relaxed and friendly. Moved a two bedroom unit, with loads of storage to a three bedroom apartment across a few Sydney suburbs. Managed to have this completed within an expected time-frame, even in the terrible humidity. Excellent communication, extremely careful with our items. Always had smiles on their faces, and nothing was an issue. I would highly recommend O'Clock Removals to anyone wishing to relocate due to this stress free experience. Thanks again guys!

I booked my removalists through One Flare and the O'clock removals team had the best rates and were very responsive to all my questions. On the day of the job, there was a delay which held up my removal but the guys were very upfront and kept me in the loop. They worked tirelessly and were very careful with my things, ensuring the sofa and mattress were wrapped to protect them (from the rain and the truck). They were cheery and polite the whole time despite having to trek up and down many flights of stairs. The O'clock Removals team did a stellar job, making a stressful time, run smoothly! Best removalists we have ever used. Cannot recommend them enough. Pedro and his team did a fantastic job moving our home recently. The whole team are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and worked at an incredibly efficient pace and looked after our belongings perfectly. Pedro was very consultative beforehand in ensuring the right size of truck and number of removalists for the size of the home. It meant the entire move of a 4bed home to another, in a different part of Sydney, was completed in just over 5hrs. Finally Pedro is a very good communicator and would reply to our enquiries promptly. Will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them to anyone in Sydney.

They moved me from an old three story terrace house in the rocks, that is a difficult task with the tight space and stairs etc, to my apartment in Mosman without any hassle or damage!!! Lovely guys, did the job BUT took 3 hours to move my small studio which cost me $500. I have never paid this much when moving and I have moved 6 times in the last 3 years. I am very reasonable but they are very slow. They walked in and said it would take 40 min but took nearly 2 hours to load the truck. On top of that they arrived late. I won't be using them again.

WARNING: they are very SLOW, LATE, and DAMAGE FURNITURE. I chose o'clock because they had very high ratings, but after my experience with them, and doing some research, I think many of those reviews are fake accounts as they have only written 1 or 2 reviews. I trusted this company due to the reviews but I don't believe I can be so unlucky to be the only one to have encountered a bad experience. Firstly, they arrived over 1 hour late, and when they turned up, they were very slow. They take their sweet time walking to and from the truck carrying minimal furniture or boxes. They also have frequent breaks. To top it off, they damaged my furniture which I noticed as they are careless when moving furniture into and out of the truck. The boss Leo is very rude on the phone, he clearly does not care about customer service. The removalists went over the estimated booking time by 10 min, and on their website they state that any additional time is charged in half-hour blocks. However, they charged me an extra hour, for going over by 10 minutes! The only reason it was even over by 10 minutes in the first place is because they are so slow! The only good thing about this company is that the prices are among the lowest. However, you pay for it in the end as they work slowly, and may damage your furniture. I would steer clear and go with a more reputable company.
