They tolerated the need for a Covid RAT test, masks, and a face shield by the Aged Care facility without whingeing, and their fees were very reasonable. Anyone else would have said "stick it!" They moved me from an old three story terrace house in the rocks, that is a difficult task with the tight space and stairs etc, to my apartment in Mosman without any hassle or damage!!! Davi and Thiago made my moving day pain-free, they were excellent! Even with the job of moving me from one 3rd floor apartment to another on the other side of Sydney, they worked quickly and with a really friendly attitude. They took great care with my items, even noticing and alerting me to things like the fact that there was no aerial port near where I wanted my TV to go, so that I could rethink furniture placement. I highly recommend Oclock removals - I particularly appreciated their flat hourly rate with no hidden surcharges for things like stairs or weekend bookings, which some other companies hit you with. We've moved 5 times in the last 7 years, and O'Clock Removals are by far the best movers we have used. Victor and Elcio were careful, methodical, and efficient. Nothing was a problem, everything was as agreed, and we were able to move heavy furniture through the house and off the balconies with no issue. The price was competitive but the real selling point is the attitude - friendly, flexible and hard working legends. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend and/or use these guys again - would give 6 stars if i could.

I booked my removalists through One Flare and the O'clock removals team had the best rates and were very responsive to all my questions. On the day of the job, there was a delay which held up my removal but the guys were very upfront and kept me in the loop. They worked tirelessly and were very careful with my things, ensuring the sofa and mattress were wrapped to protect them (from the rain and the truck). They were cheery and polite the whole time despite having to trek up and down many flights of stairs. The O'clock Removals team did a stellar job, making a stressful time, run smoothly! Amazing Experience! Booked O'clock Removals through Muval, couldn't be happier with the experience. Moved from the top floor of a three story walk up, to a new apartment on the first floor of a walk up. Every other company I received quotes from wanted to charge up $50 dollars PER flight of stairs. O'clock Removals DID NOT charge for the stairs at all - this was the first Green Flag!! Paid for the 2 hour min as a deposit and the job was done in just under 2.5 hrs, wasn't charged for the additional time only the 'call out' fee was paid on the day. Received a message the morning of the move, from Victor introducing himself and advising he would keep me posted on the timing of the day. Victor followed up roughly 90 mins before there expected time of arrival - I received a final message when they arrived, which was great because it meant I knew when the job was 'started' making it super easy to stay aware of the time spent on the job. Both Victor (primary contact on the day) and Luel were super friendly and moved with a great deal of care and speed. Great communication through out the job, constantly checking in about where things were to go, etc. The team was extremely efficient, could not be happier!! Unlike companies I've used in the past thy made the most of their time, didn't waste anytime at all! Tldr - Great service! Highly, Highly Recommend!!! Will definitely be using O'clock again and telling my friends!
