Wonderful relocation experience. I spoke and communicated with Leo, who was amazingly prompt replying to my texts, even during the Christmas period. He literally set the standard for our pending move. Additionally, there were no hidden costs. Leo was upfront with the fees - hourly rate and call out fee. They did not charge extras like so many companies do, and were fully insured. I had three differing quotes and O'Clock removals were by far the most competitive and reasonable (that doesn't mean the service was 'cheap', it means they had a standard hourly rate with no hidden surprises and didn't charge by the half hour or by how many guys they used, etc). The removalists were punctual, literally on-time if not a minute or two sooner. Pedro and Fab were professional, yet relaxed and friendly. Moved a two bedroom unit, with loads of storage to a three bedroom apartment across a few Sydney suburbs. Managed to have this completed within an expected time-frame, even in the terrible humidity. Excellent communication, extremely careful with our items. Always had smiles on their faces, and nothing was an issue. I would highly recommend O'Clock Removals to anyone wishing to relocate due to this stress free experience. Thanks again guys!

O'Clock Removals moved a one bedroom apartment for us today from the Eastern Suburbs to the Northern Beaches. They were fantastic. They arrived exactly on time, packed the truck quickly and efficiently and unpacked with equal efficiency at the other end. They were friendly and courteous. We have done the same move (Eastern Beaches to Northern Beaches) with various removalists too many times over the past few years (long story) and it has always been an expensive, stressful nightmare - but not today. I can't recommend them too highly.

Amazing Experience! Booked O'clock Removals through Muval, couldn't be happier with the experience. Moved from the top floor of a three story walk up, to a new apartment on the first floor of a walk up. Every other company I received quotes from wanted to charge up $50 dollars PER flight of stairs. O'clock Removals DID NOT charge for the stairs at all - this was the first Green Flag!! Paid for the 2 hour min as a deposit and the job was done in just under 2.5 hrs, wasn't charged for the additional time only the 'call out' fee was paid on the day. Received a message the morning of the move, from Victor introducing himself and advising he would keep me posted on the timing of the day. Victor followed up roughly 90 mins before there expected time of arrival - I received a final message when they arrived, which was great because it meant I knew when the job was 'started' making it super easy to stay aware of the time spent on the job. Both Victor (primary contact on the day) and Luel were super friendly and moved with a great deal of care and speed. Great communication through out the job, constantly checking in about where things were to go, etc. The team was extremely efficient, could not be happier!! Unlike companies I've used in the past thy made the most of their time, didn't waste anytime at all! Tldr - Great service! Highly, Highly Recommend!!! Will definitely be using O'clock again and telling my friends!
