Geoff and I had the most wonderful experience when Aram’s team moved us from Jordan Springs in Sydney, to Coffs Harbour. From the quoting visit, pre move questions and answers provided, to the confirmation received the day before, prompt and early arrival, care taken whilst packing everything and then arrival and careful unpacking, this was the best service of any move we have done before. From the moment the team arrived at our house, they took seamless control of what is normally a stressful process. Even with a few chuckles along the way. Thanks Aram and team, I highly recommend anyone wanting a hassle free removal, to use On Time Removals.

Marnie Jones

Not surprised they have so many 5 star reviews! Great service, on time, friendly, and took SO MUCH CARE with all my belongings. They made me feel very comfortable my belongings would be taken care of. Also good pricing. Honestly can't fault.

Veronica Paterson

The gentlemen that assisted where a fantastic help, and couldn’t be more accommodating.

Carmel Dickinson

The men kept me informed that they'd be a little later than initially expected. They asked if ok to have a quuck cuppa. We loaded from a house and a storage shed. Items were wrapped for me. Price was great and so was the service. Would use again if ever needed to. Highly recommend the company and team. Have even had follow up calls from owner to check if happy with everything. Well done to everyone who made our move such a smoothe event. Moving from the country to city and half the price of country companies

Highly recommended, strong careful and quick. We moved a 3 bed house from Sydney to Southern Highlands in a day with nothing damaged. They brought blankets and plastic wrapped sofas and mattresses so they stayed clean and undamaged and carefully manouvered through tight spaces. At the other end they were only too happy to lift boxes and furniture into rooms as directed. Also the team of four men were polite and friendly which made this as least stressful as possible - will definitely use again!

Such a great experience with On Time Removals! True to their name, they were on time and ready to go. I really appreciated the fixed pricing (it was competitively priced too especially as I was moving a fair distance), it was great to know up front there would be no additional costs. Ramsin was professional, efficient (all done under 2 hours), friendly and took great care when moving and packing up all my things. A huge thank you to Ramsin for making my moving experience so easy and care free!

I recently used On Time Removals for my home move, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The booking process was seamless and straightforward. I called to discuss my needs, and Aram provided me with a clear quote based on the volume of items and the distance of the move. I appreciated their transparency regarding pricing, with no hidden fees. On moving day, the team arrived right on time. They were professional and ready to work, which immediately put my mind at ease. It’s always a relief when a company values punctuality. The moving crew was friendly, well-trained, and very professional. They took the time to handle my belongings with care, ensuring that fragile items were packed securely. I was impressed with their efficiency in loading and unloading, making sure everything was organised throughout the process. Time Removals came fully equipped with all the necessary tools and supplies, from packing materials to a spacious truck. Throughout the move, the team maintained excellent communication. They kept me informed about their progress and made sure I was comfortable with the plan before proceeding. This open line of communication greatly reduced the stress typically associated with moving. I would highly recommend them to anyone and believe they are best on the market.

Costing was very reasonable and we would have no hesitation in recommending On Time Removals. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Milos Popadic

Aram and his team at On-time Removals have been highly professional, responsive and went above and beyond to take care of everything for my interstate move from NSW to QLD, including disassembly and re-assembly of bed frames which was a massive help! Before I came across Aram and his team, I was originally provided an estimate from another company that I needed 20-25 cubic metres to transport. However when I spoke to Aram, the big difference with how On-Time Removals operate is that they send out someone to visually inspect the property and do a proper estimate of how much space is required, which in my case was DOUBLE what the other company advised me, 50-55 cubic metres. Had I proceeded with the original company I would have been stuck and facing the situation of either paying much much more to get a second truck, delays and other issues or to have to organise for half of my things to be thrown out. I’m glad I booked On-Time Removals and will recommend them to everyone looking for a truly hassle free and stress free relocation.

Marty Fuqua

We chose 'On Time Removals' after being let down by other established removal companies for our interstate move. From our first conversation with Aram, we felt at ease. The communication was excellent as he accurately assessed the task and provided a quote. His brother Ari was extremely accommodating and never said anything couldn't be done. Other removalists couldn't meet our requirement of holding our belongings for 5 days between move-out and move-in dates, but 'On Time Removals' made it possible. During the actual move, we had three friendly and strong individuals (Aws, Waseem, and Steven) who did an excellent job. We were pleased to see Aws and Waseem for the offloading as well, although we missed Steven. Overall, they were hard-working and efficient, and we consider them a blessing. We highly recommend 'On Time Removals' to other prospective clients for their hard and smart work, efficiency, and outstanding communication and for making our relocation less stressful.

The guys who moved us from Sydney to regional NSW were amazing. 100% on their name, they gave us a time and turned up on time and were professional throughout the whole move. I was sceptical because they were by far the cheapest compared to other removal companies but by far the easiest people to work with. We had no damages and everything was delivered same day.

Nicholas Papas

Well boy do these guys know what they’re doing. I have never moved before and the thought of moving was so stressful to me. My brother used On Time Removals to move interstate and he was so happy with their service that when my time to move came locally I called Aram who was only happy to go above and beyond to try make the move as stress free as possible. I think they initially thought it was going to be a quicker and easier move than initially thought as they booked 5 hours to do the job, but when they arrived they saw the magnitude. Not only did they move me and take away my rubbish (for a small extra fee) but they started at 8am and didn’t finish until about 7:30pm. Aram, who is a kind and good man stuck to his original quote (which was very competitive) to begin with and didn’t charge me anything further as 99.9% of other Removalists would. The old “oh you know this job was bigger than expected and it took us longer so you have to pay double”. None of that. Nothing broke. Everything was carefully wrapped in packing material before being loaded ensuring absolutely no damage to anything. I highly recommend On Time Removals for anyone that is dreading moving as I’m sure most people do. Thank you again to Aram and his team. Total professionals.

Rayhana

Just wanting to express my gratitude to Aram and his boys Yousif and Steven who moved me from South West Sydney to the Sunshine Coast. From the initial moment I spoke to Aram he explained to me the whole process of moving and came to my home to give me a proper quote. He answered any question or concern I had and made the whole situation of moving less stressful. Yousif and Steven were great and also very professional taking care of my belongings. They were also very quick and thorough, especially considering the move was completed on the same day. Nothing was a problem. I would like to thank On Time Removals for all their efforts and would highly recommend them for your next move.
