Outer Space Removals were easy to communicate with, easy to book in, and met all their commitments. On the day they were on time, very efficient in loading and unloading, and made the whole process versy straightforward. There were also updates throughout the morning when they were arriving in the afternoon which was great as gave confidence they were on track. After many variable services previously, if I need to move again will be coming back to Outer Space!

Benjamin Au

It's my first time moving house seriously and I hired Outerspace removals to help me two weeks ago. I want to say the service was great. The two guys who helped me are Cris and Facundo. They were so nice and patience to deal with my requests and de-assemble/re-assemble some of my tricky furnitures with great cares. While you might think the usual removal machos are pretty rough and just want to get things done quickly and move on to next job. Cris and Facundo were not one of them. They carried my stuffs very carefully down and upstairs. they also helped me to fix my window frame while I accidentally knocked off my window door. Highly recommend!

Philippa Revis

Highly recommend Outer Space Removals. They were recommended to us by a friend and they were very professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Lyn who manages booking is super friendly and responsive which helped get us organised. We used the same team 2 weekends in a row to help my partner and I move in together and these guys worked so hard in the rain and always kept their friendly and positive attitude! Thank you so much to Cris and the boys. We couldn’t have done it without you! :)

Despite a hiccup at the beginning with a temp mover being unprofessional, Felix & Juan worked efficiently to fix the problem and send over a new team to help. Juan and his team were efficient and just lovely to deal with - they were reassuring and kind when dealing with a very stressed client like myself. They were able to get in some large and tricky items we didn’t think was possible. Really happy with our treatment and the job done.

I had a really great experience with this company. Very efficient, lovely men, who moved all of my belongings from my storage box into my new apartment, assembled my bed for me, and even helped a damsel in distress out by replacing the battery of my smoke alarm (which I couldn’t even reach!). And this certainly wasn’t part of their remit, they were just really nice guys. Highly recommend these guys, and would absolutely hire them again.

Just would like to say thank you for organising our move. We opted into hiring the boxes and they were very convenient. We got Roland and Santiago as our removalists and they genuinely looked like they enjoyed doing their work. I was most impressed when we ended up getting the best parking possible only to realise that it was no stopping from 3:30pm. The boys parked the track full load at 3:00pm and decided to offload everything to the building in 30 mins which they did. Overall they worked hard and non stop. Again thanks for helping us move.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Ronald and Alvero from Outer Space Removalists! Ronald is always friendly, professional and very clear with his communication, which makes coordinating jobs so much easier. Alvero is an excellent driver and handles every job with great care and precision. As a property stylist, it can be difficult to find removalists who genuinely take care of your furniture and understand the importance of working carefully inside our clients’ homes. Ronald and Alvero manoeuvre furniture exceptionally well, taking care to avoid damage to walls, floors and the homes themselves. We really appreciate the way they handle our furniture and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy removalist team. Thank you, Ronald and Alvero!

Melanie

They were amazing. Great service and super friendly and careful with all our stuff and nothing was too much in terms of helping put furniture together. Worked really quickly also. Would definitely recommend Marcello and Yousef

This is the second time I’ve had Felix and team help me with a move, and I highly recommend Outerspace Removals. Before the move, communication was prompt and friendly. On the day, they arrived on time and took great care with my belongings. They were also professional and accommodating (and good natured) with the pivoting and tight squeezes through doors etc.

Christina Kleinau

Excellent team for the move, as always with Outer Space!

Amber van den Boomen

Honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with this company that I felt like I had to say something. From start to finish, everything was super smooth and stress-free. I’ve moved a few times in the past and it’s always been a bit of a nightmare, but this time was totally different. The team showed up right on time (actually a few minutes early, which was great), super friendly and professional from the moment they arrived. They introduced themselves, walked through the plan with me, and got right to work without wasting time. You could tell they knew what they were doing, everything was handled with care, wrapped properly, and loaded in a really organized way. No rushing, but no dragging either. It was like a well oiled machine. It was a big move that took all day and the team was really fantastic. I was especially impressed with how careful they were with my furniture and fragile stuff. They used these thick blankets and wraps, and not a single scratch or bump when it all got to the new place. They even helped place some of the heavier things where I wanted them I didn’t even have to ask, they just offered. What stood out the most though was the attitude of the team. They were just really chill, respectful, and easy to talk to, not grumpy or in a hurry like some movers I’ve dealt with before. They made the whole thing feel way less stressful than I expected. Also, big shout out to the person I booked with, they were quick to respond to my messages and super helpful when I had to tweak the timing a little. Very easy to deal with and everything was clear from the start, no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. Just honest, good service. If you’re looking for a removal company that actually cares and does a solid job, I really can’t recommend these guys enough. I’ll 100% be using them again if I ever need to move, and I’ve already passed their name to a couple of friends. Thanks again to the whole team, you made what’s normally a nightmare feel like a breeze! Amber
