I had a great experience with Phils. The team picked up and delivered on time and fast ( in 15mins for many boxes ??), handled my furniture carefully, and worked efficiently throughout the move. They were friendly, professional, and made the process stress-free. Everything arrived safely and was placed exactly where I wanted. I got a move interstate to regional area but it was amazing that they offered the price was cheap Highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable removalist (especially interstate)

I needed some beds brought up from Melbourne to Sydney. I made so many enquiries, and I can honestly say these guys were competitive in price, and their service is second to none. They called me upon pickup and kept me up to date during their travels. They gave me a 2 hour window and didn't waste my whole day. They said between 4 and 6, and they were on time. They had no issue taking all the items upstairs and helped me move my older items down stairs. 10 out of 10 and I will absolutely use them again

Hands down the best interaction I've had with any service provide for a couple of years. Very highly recommended. Thanks Phil.

?Prompt and clear communication ? Professional handling of belongings ? Adherence to special instructions. ? Transparent pricing and charges ? Flexibility in scheduling ? Reliable and trustworthy service. I discovered Phils Freight service from Philip Greenhalgh online, and my experience exceeded expectations. From the initial inquiry, Philip was prompt and engaged in a detailed conversation, demonstrating clear and professional communication. My move from Melbourne to Sydney involved an extra 70 Km distance, and although the initial quote was $301, the adjusted quote of $361 was fair considering the location of pick up in Wyndham Vale being 70 KM away from his Melbourne base. I had a total of 0.7 cubic metre volume of stuff, and Philip reserved 1 cubic metre on his truck. They charge minimum space of 2 cubic metres. Despite more economical alternatives, I chose Phils Furniture Freighters due to their professionalism and stellar reputation. Philip provided flexible time options, crucial for my urgent request, and communicated well in advance with a 2-hour window for both pick-up and delivery. The loading process was efficient, and he even accommodated my request for delivery in my absence. True to his word, he sent a photo once the items were placed near my door. In summary, Phils Freight service provided a trustworthy, reliable, and professional experience. The communication was regular, the service prompt, and the entire process was clear and transparent. I highly appreciate the attention to detail, especially in following special instructions and sending a photo for confirmation. Choosing Phils was undoubtedly the right decision for a hassle-free relocation.

Fantastic service, Phil and his team were great to deal with, I would highly recommend.

Peter Chalmers

Old-fashioned service at its best, where communication is the number one priority. The furniture move was seamless from start to finish, and I was kept informed of every detail along the way. That level of communication and care makes for an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Tanya Matthews

I was in a real pickle as I was given a much shorter time frame for a property settlement than expected. I'd also had a bad experience with another removalist company quite recently, so I was a little anxious about arrangimg the move. Phil was fantastic to deal with. Everything was organised quickly, ran smoothly and I didn't feel it was expensive either. I will be eternally grateful for him making this part, of a very stressful time for us, easy. Thank you again. Highly recommended!

K Hughes

Mulyadi Tju

I really like the service from Phils, great price, very responsive in messaging, on time, deliver what is promised. I had a bad experience with other company that charge more but did not come to pick up my goods. Very recommended.

Jeanne Deutscher

Phil and coworkers provided fantastic service. We needed to move a piano interstate and were given a very reasonable quote, faster than expected pickup and delivery dates and clear communications that were courteous and timely. The piano was packed with great care and transported safely to its new home. This is the second time we have used Phil’s services and we will readily do so again if the need arises. Thank you Phil and staff.

We needed to move some (almost) antique furniture from Melbourne to southern NSW. We found Phil’s through the Find a Mover website and then checked their reviews. Based on all the positive reviews, I decided to go with them. I’m so happy I did. The service was fabulous - easy communication, picked up at the time they said and dropped off the next morning. I’ll be using Phil’s Furniture Freighters next time I need something moved. Excellent service and helped my elderly mother by moving another piece of furniture to another room of her house. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Phil and his team handle our regional and interstate deliveries for Voyager Interiors and always provide an exceptional white glove service. They manage furniture assemblies with great care, ensure everything is placed perfectly, and remove all packaging. Their communication is excellent, deliveries are reliable, and every item arrives in perfect condition. We highly recommend Phil’s Furniture Freighters for anyone needing a professional and dependable delivery partner.

I think we can all agree that moving house is a stressful process. Phils Furniture Freighters eliminated the stress and hassle from my interstate move. They were extremely reliable, kept me up to date with their movements and wrapped everything securely. I highly recommend these professionals for your next interstate or local move!

Sophie Gillies

I have used Phil’s Furniture Freighters twice to move small numbers of items interstate. Both times Phill’s quote was by far the most competitive. His price was less than half that of other removalists. Phil’s communication was always prompt, professional and helpful. I added a few items to the second move after obtaining the quote and Phil kindly included these without raising the price (I think there is a minimum space-based charge). Phil gave accurate estimates of his arrival times and texted when on the way, keeping track of last minute changes in contact people. My items were handled with care and delivered on time in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to use Phil’s Furniture Freighters again.

catherine young

Philip and KYM were incredibly kind and helpful. I had a flat tyre at 10pm, and they went out of their way to assist a complete stranger. Their generosity and willingness to help meant so much in a stressful situation. If I ever need to move in the future, I would absolutely choose these guys without hesitation. I’m truly grateful for their support.” Want it a bit more enthusiastic or more concise? I can adjust the tone ??

Joanne N

Phil has moved a number of things interstate for me and has done an excellent job every time. Great communication, very careful and reliable. Highly recommend

Meg Friday

Really great service! Moved everything with care and efficiency.

Don Strak

Phil and Dylan are very professional. You can’t find better. They took the greatest of care with wrapping our furniture as it’s all fairly expensive, they also took the time to listen and understand what needed to be done. Phil goes above and beyond my expectations and was more than happy with their service and very competitive pricing. I would definitely use them again without any hesitation.

? Reliable, trustworthy, professional and respectful ? Professional handling of belongings ? Price competitive ? Prompt and clear communication ? Flexibility in scheduling I discovered Phils Furniture Freighters through Muval. It was the cheapest provider I could find for the amount of objects I was planning to move. I even tried a few removalist comparison websites and could not find another provider that quoted Phils Furniture Freighters' price for the amount of time they could deliver it by. Most other backload removalist has a delivery time of 2 weeks as they try to fill up the truck. Phils was able to deliver my items by the next day. Phils was professional and prompt in communication. Confirming the pick up and drop off time window in advance, messaging 15 minutes before arrival etc. They were able to pick up and deliver within the time window which means you will not need to wait a whole day for them. They were professional and respectful upon arrival. They wrapped furniture or odd items with the furniture blankets. None of the items were damaged. Would recommend them and would use them again.

Phil and his team recently handled the urgent transport of several large, framed artworks from Melbourne to Sydney for me. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process, especially regarding scheduling and coordinating timings. Crucially, they were extremely careful and professional in handling the artworks. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Rada Petrovic

Phil’s furniture freighters by far has exceeded all of my expectations. The standard of care taken in transportation to the level of professionalism and reliability is testament to a company that far exceeds its competition. As a bonus, the cost of transportation was considerably less than what their competitors were charging. I would highly recommend this company.

Paul Hopper
