From the initial inquiry, Philip was prompt and engaged in a detailed conversation, demonstrating clear and professional communication. My move from Melbourne to Sydney involved an extra 70 Km distance, and although the initial quote was $301, the adjusted quote of $361 was fair considering the location of pick up in Wyndham Vale being 70 KM away from his Melbourne base. I had a total of 0.7 cubic metre volume of stuff, and Philip reserved 1 cubic metre on his truck. They charge minimum space of 2 cubic metres. Despite more economical alternatives, I chose Phils Furniture Freighters due to their professionalism and stellar reputation. Philip provided flexible time options, crucial for my urgent request, and communicated well in advance with a 2-hour window for both pick-up and delivery. The loading process was efficient, and he even accommodated my request for delivery in my absence. True to his word, he sent a photo once the items were placed near my door. In summary, Phils Freight service provided a trustworthy, reliable, and professional experience. The communication was regular, the service prompt, and the entire process was clear and transparent. I highly appreciate the attention to detail, especially in following special instructions and sending a photo for confirmation. Choosing Phils was undoubtedly the right decision for a hassle-free relocation.

It was the cheapest provider I could find for the amount of objects I was planning to move. I even tried a few removalist comparison websites and could not find another provider that quoted Phils Furniture Freighters' price for the amount of time they could deliver it by. Most other backload removalist has a delivery time of 2 weeks as they try to fill up the truck. Phils was able to deliver my items by the next day. Phils was professional and prompt in communication. Confirming the pick up and drop off time window in advance, messaging 15 minutes before arrival etc. They were able to pick up and deliver within the time window which means you will not need to wait a whole day for them. They were professional and respectful upon arrival. They wrapped furniture or odd items with the furniture blankets. None of the items were damaged. Would recommend them and would use them again.

I needed some beds brought up from Melbourne to Sydney. I made so many enquiries, and I can honestly say these guys were competitive in price, and their service is second to none. They called me upon pickup and kept me up to date during their travels. They gave me a 2 hour window and didn't waste my whole day. They said between 4 and 6, and they were on time. Driving along peninsula link at 1.15pm and this companys truck has nearly caused an accident. Worst driving Ive ever seen and especially dangerous for a large truck! Speeding, tailgating, trying to intimidate other drivers, and I have two young children in the car. I have the registration and will be calling the police.
