Quick & Easy Removalist were definitely Quick and they made a complicted move easy. We had to have a portion in storage and a portion packed and moved to a rental. Then on 6 months both lots were effortlessly transferred interstate. They listened to us about our fragile items and took great care covering our wooden items with padded covers. Our surfboards were packed the way we instructed and all arrived safely. A wonderful bunch of people to deal with who were polite and respectfull and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I can't fault the guys who did our move. They arrived promptly and worked solidly for 6.5 hours in challenging conditions (with a fair few stairs and in hot/steamy summer weather). I felt confident in the way they handled our belongings, and nothing was damaged. They also went to great lengths to get our massive fridge off the property carefully. Overall, they were relaxed, friendly, hard-working guys, and we greatly appreciate the care they took. The other staff we had contact with for bookings and making payment were also great.

We booked with Quick & Easy Removals for our interstate move (Sydney to Perth) in end of Nov. Big thank you for Joe and his amazing team who did our move. Joe called the day before to confirm the delivery time, called an hour before to notify their arrival and they arrived on time. 4 guys showed up and managed to complete in just less than 3 hours in the Syd humidity heat. They were all polite, friendly, efficient and they handled our things with care and on the tetris mode to fit the container. The Perth removalist team were also as amazing as them. Joe also managed to organize the delivery date on the other end right away where unfortunately the sales guys could not do this for us. We had to organize the container pick up date 2 weeks earlier as the sales team sounded very unsure that things would not be delivered prior Christmas. Its an unfortunate that our experience with the sales team wasnt as great. After deposit was taken in August, we didnt hear back from them at all about any other paperwork. I contacted them few times after to update delivery address and to find out about the delivery process so that I could have organized the dates better and avoid having an empty house for too long with 2 young children. By booking the full container, I was hoping we could have set the delivery date in Perth. They did not help and I wished they would have spoken with Joe who could have organized the delivery date with Pacific National. Moving is stressful enough with managing time and money. I would still recommend Quick and Easy Removals besides my initial hurdle. All of our stuff was delivered safe and sound. 5 stars to Joe and his team.

Dani Andy and Milean moved our 4 bedroom 3 lounge room home from Melbourne to Sydney with 24 hours. The service was quick and efficient and communication with all men was fantastic. These guys were so great! I think I spoke to Fay over the phone originally to organise everything and she was super friendly and lovely. The guys did such a great job- I didn't realise they would wrap all my furniture, which was a huge plus because it was going into storage. They really took care of everything and looked after my belongings, and took a lot of care not damage anything. This whole team took so much stress out of my moving day, which can be such a stressful process sometimes. Thanks so much!!!

It all started with the amazing Melinda in the office, who supported me all the way through a very stressful move from the Mid North Coast of NSW to Adelaide. She answered every question promptly, gave me realistic answers every time, and generally put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. Maz and his brother were prompt, and worked amazingly hard to lift what was a very heavy and big load - everything was treated carefully and with respect, and solutions to tricky items were offered at all times. I was absolutely impressed with this mob - be straight with them and you'll get spot-on service all the way.

Update: Although the experience wasn't the best i appreciate the fact the company made a good attempt to remediate the issue we had and reimburse us for some of the costs of the move. My understanding as per my discussion with the company is the contractor assigned for my job has been let go and given their willingness to rectify the problem i can assume my case was a once off.

We had a removal of very heavy wooden furniture. They called and said they were 30 mins from arrival. Had moved the furniture on less than 15 minutes. Delivered to our home 30 mins away in less than an hour. They were polite, pleasant and respectful. Would use them again and recommend to anyone Had not used a removalist before but will from now on. We used these guys to move our 2 bed apartment furniture. They showed up on time, were friendly and efficient. There were two flights of stairs and they made it look easy. They were very professional and packed the truck like absolute legends, fitting everything in. They were careful with our stuff and used blankets to pad things up and strapped things inside the truck to keep them from moving and getting damaged. They did the whole job in two hours with a little help from us carrying the light furniture. I would definitely recommend them, we were very impressed!

Ive moved with various companies but quick & easy are just as the name suggests. Booking was smooth and the workers Sebastian & Sam were young & energetic. Did the job in under 3 hours!! They were careful with my belongings and didnt complain once about the 6 flights of stairs! FANTASTIC!! We moved a 3-4 bedroom house from Sydney to Newcastle at fairly short notice. The circumstances leading up to our move had me seriously frazzled. From the very first moment I spoke with Jihan, I felt that it was all going to be ok. Jihan gave me the advice I needed and reassured me that my move would happen on time and with no problems...and she was right! The truck arrived on time - even sent me a message to say they were 15 minutes away. and the 2 men were amazing. They had the truck loaded in just over 2 hours. A little over 2 hours later they sent another message to say the would arrive in 20 minutes to unload. They were spot on. Approximately 3 hours later they had unloaded, got some tricky items into tricky spots and were polite and extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Quick and Easy, they made a stressful time SO stress free. Jihan, I cant thank you enough! You certainly know your stuff and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Thank you so much!

I would never use any other movers than Quick and Easy, who I've turned to four times since 2012. Ive just had Maz and Ash move me from Sydney to Melbourne, while my partner is overseas. Every time I use Q&E has been fantastic, and this time, Maz and Ash took it to another level. Maz is like Doctor Who - an affable, friendly magician who can pack a truck (or maybe his Tardis) in a way that makes your belongings fit neatly into the tiniest space. Its quite the talent and Im still amazed. It meant all my items were snug and protected for the long journey. Together, Maz and Ash completed my pick-up and drop-off in half the time I expected. Not a thing was worse for wear in any way. They helped to take apart my digital piano as they recognised how fragile it was (when I wasnt aware) and put it back together. They brought their own tools. They were kind and quiet and very professional even more so during those tricky moments with the heaviest items when I was most anxious. I wish them both the very best fantastic people. Thank you both!
