Mick and Anthony moved us from Redland Bay to Hervey Bay very experienced and have been doing removals for a very long time. The boys knew their job and nothing was a hassle they went out of their way to help us do the things we needed to do as well as their own job. No damage not even a scratch on anything and we had 60m3 on the truck. Our new house had a steep driveway so the unload had to be done from the street quite a long walk to the entry of the house and it was a stinking hot day not one complaint they just went about making sure everything was put where it needed to be and ensure we were happy. Have been with Robina removals for almost 5yrs, I have been a removalists 25yrs and worked with many different companies from Sydney to Brisbane. I noticed a review from a certain person saying they do not pay well and there trucks break down. to this certain person They are mechanical machines my friend which from time to time breakdown Robina's fleet is up there with the best on the road that I've driven before. This certain person complained if he worked over 5hrs though as a professional removalist we know the days not done until the job finished, this certain person is not a professional removalists and has nothing better else to do than write bad reviews. Even after 3months ?? it also looks like he got his flatmate whom has never worked there to write the same review.?? Very sad my friend, let it go. The manager's of Robina removals pay the correct rates they have treated me and all the boys with respect which I consider them family. Having no family here on GC they wouldn't let me stay by myself on my birthday. So they invited me to there home and cooked me a fabulous most beautiful birthday dinner . ??not many bosses would do that. These guys were fantastic to work with. We needed our whole house of furniture delivered from the Gold Coast to Melbourne and not only were these guys able pick up and deliver when we needed, but their pricing was fair and reasonable as well. We didn't think it would be so difficult to find a removalist to pick up our furniture and move it - some quotes we received were more expensive and were going to take up to 12 days to deliver - TWELVE DAYS!! Robina Removals were rock stars. Will and 'Jumpy' on the GC end were incredible - they didn't mess around and got the truck filled so quickly. They even dismantled the beds for us and rebuilt them on the other end. Will had the most amazing disposition - 'Where there's a Will, there's a way' he told me, and he lived up to those words. Nothing was a problem - we were running behind on our packing when they arrived and they worked around us until we had every last thing in a box - he even came back that same night to pick up one extra box of stuff that I'd thrown last minute things into as well - AMAZING service! The truck had an issue on it's way down but Will was all over it - even driving out somewhere to pick up a part rather than waiting for it to arrive a day or two later at the mechanic. They were meant to arrive Saturday morning around 8am and they arrived instead around lunchtime, so not a big deal in the end. Communicated with us the whole way along. Will and two other guys (Mick and can't recall the other gent's name) unloaded in Melbourne and they were fantastic - and patient as we figured out where to put everything and how to rearrange our massive couch in a smaller space than our original house. Total professionals and fun guys to boot. Seriously, we have no hesitation in recommending this company - not a single wine glass was broken - one of our TV's arrived and didn't work but there was no obvious damage so not sure what happened there. But overall we have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again in the future. Highly recommend - thanks so much!
