We had a precious older 3 seater lounge chair and 2 single chairs moved from Gold Coast to 2 hours south of Melbourne. The staff were amazing from the phone call enquiry to the email quote to then the two men who arrived and carried the lounge chairs carefully out. Robina Removals were great to deal with. I booked pre-pack of breakables and kitchen as I was having a heart procedure couple weeks before move. Just as well as ended up with 2 broken arms after a fall on Xmas morning!! So a good removalist was imperative in my condition!! The pre-pack time was confirmed day before and Jacent the lead guy was fantastic that day and the next truck day. The poor guys got hit with a summer storm as loading into new houseand there was no electricity so it was dark and difficult. Couldnt speak highly enough of the team!!

We needed our whole house of furniture delivered from the Gold Coast to Melbourne and not only were these guys able pick up and deliver when we needed, but their pricing was fair and reasonable as well. We didn't think it would be so difficult to find a removalist to pick up our furniture and move it - some quotes we received were more expensive and were going to take up to 12 days to deliver - TWELVE DAYS!! Robina Removals were rock stars. Will and 'Jumpy' on the GC end were incredible - they didn't mess around and got the truck filled so quickly. They even dismantled the beds for us and rebuilt them on the other end. Will had the most amazing disposition - 'Where there's a Will, there's a way' he told me, and he lived up to those words. Nothing was a problem - we were running behind on our packing when they arrived and they worked around us until we had every last thing in a box - he even came back that same night to pick up one extra box of stuff that I'd thrown last minute things into as well - AMAZING service! The truck had an issue on it's way down but Will was all over it - even driving out somewhere to pick up a part rather than waiting for it to arrive a day or two later at the mechanic. They were meant to arrive Saturday morning around 8am and they arrived instead around lunchtime, so not a big deal in the end. Communicated with us the whole way along. Will and two other guys (Mick and can't recall the other gent's name) unloaded in Melbourne and they were fantastic - and patient as we figured out where to put everything and how to rearrange our massive couch in a smaller space than our original house. Total professionals and fun guys to boot. Seriously, we have no hesitation in recommending this company - not a single wine glass was broken - one of our TV's arrived and didn't work but there was no obvious damage so not sure what happened there. But overall we have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again in the future. Highly recommend - thanks so much!

This move was major ( 2 trucks and 10 1/2 hours work ) and some large furniture had to be transported down a winding staircase. They never stopped once to rest ( or breathe!) and their professional talent was phenomenal. My furniture and other goods were so carefully handled and perfectly loaded and unloaded.
