Last Friday, the furniture from my Mothers home was picked up by two very efficient and helpful removalists John and Rain. The assistance of both men was greatly appreciated by me they were friendly and professional and took great care of the furniture. The furniture was then stored overnight in Melbourne before Mario and Michael moved the load onto Sydney, the next day. Terrific service for my 1.5 bedroom move from Sydney to Melbourne. We had a lot of stuff. Adam was responsive with providing a quote and the booking at a very competitive price. With just over a week to we had to reschedule the pickup slightly (a day), however this was made up for by Adam offering either a refund or the next day and the excellent service. Mario and Michael took care of the pick up and drop off and did a fantastic job, moving everything with care and thoroughness. Definitely would use Sirius for my next move.

My elderly mother in law had to move house from VIC to NSW in the middle of a Covid lockdown. Sirius removals did a great job. Their drivers all wore PPE and were mindful of maintaining all relevant protocols such as keeping safe distances. The team on the phones were great too - which was critical as I organised everything from the receiving end. They ensured we had plenty of warning of pickup times so I could call and advise those at the pickup - end of what was going on. I would happily recommend them.

Our belongings only just fit into their truck and they worked like superb jigsaw masters meticulously making sure everything fit in safely. Ronnie and his brother arrived on time to find I had 5 cu.mtrs more to transport than I had estimated. They were totally unfazed by this and said they should be able to fit on the extra for a small cost more even though they were to pick up another load after mine. They handles my furniture, etc, as if it were their own and were courteous and polite throughout. When there was a hold-up doing the 2nd load I was kept fully informed at all times. I realised that I needed to access one of my 65 boxes which were going into storage and asked if they could possibly keep an eye out and place it at the front of the storage container. They happily did this and forwarded photos which i really appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are extremely professional in all they do while transporting people's precious items and will accommodate their requests where they can.

The company was also really supportive in storing my stuff for an extra week when I unexpectedly couldnt move in when planned.
