They not only got our stuff up here as promised. The guys helped out Renee greatly even got up on our roof & switched our aerial over & other little things . Just made me so glad we used them . Nothing was too much effort. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great work guys

We recently relocated from a large two-storey house in Perth to the Southwest of WA. We entrusted South West Removals with our move and were very happy with the entire process. The team arrived on time, were friendly, courteous, efficient, and attentive to our instructions. After travelling more than 400 km, everything arrived safely and was unloaded and placed in the house without any issues. The final invoice matched the quote exactly, and about two weeks later the team returned to collect all packing materials. We highly recommend Hayden and the team at Southwest Removals.

Container was stored for 3 days and then delivered on time and with the same efficiency as pickup. So far it seems not a single item was damaged or broken - a testament to how well these guys know how to pack! Pricing, compared to other quotes was excellent.

From the start, South West Removals & Storage were a dream to deal with. We've moved house a few times but never outside of Perth and we were quite daunted by the prospect!. We talked to South West Removals' office manager James who organised everything. He came to Perth and met with us to quote for the job. He was professional and friendly with all his communications. The removalist Roger and his team were brilliant. They just knew what they were doing and showed a lot of care with our prized possessions. These Guys moved us from Perth to Newman. Other bigger moving companies did not get back to me and if they did they were a fair bit more expensive. They arrived two days after our requested pick up date, our furniture was not wrapped, the padlock we provided them was not put on our storage unit, our boxes were damaged and some of our furniture was broken beyond repair. We paid thousands of dollars for something we should've done ourselves.

A company I bought furniture from in Perth used this company to have it delivered to my home in Albany. It took 2 attempts as the first time it arrived it had been badly damaged in transit and my husband refused the delivery and sent it back to supplier, who had to wait 2 weeks for it's return and then the insurance money to have it fixed. The second time it was not damaged but the customer service was atrocious and unprofessional, as it was the first time. They even had the audacity to want full payment before the second delivery was made which I refused due to the previous experience and paid the full amount after inspection of the furniture. On top of all this, even though Sue and everyone concerned was made perfectly aware of our total dissatisfaction with their service, not even an apology has been given. I would never use this Company again and would highly recommend anyone contemplating it to think twice.

They use subcontractors. I asked for my mattresses lounge etc to be covered once put into storage and they just left them bare. Much more expensive than other removalists I have used in the past. Tried telling me I booked a large truck (went to charge me for this) until I said I have emails to prove I booked a small truck. Not sure if the fuel I paid for was for small or large truck. Do not use.

READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS, I WISH I HAD. I arranged for the removalists (date and time) who cancelled at 4 PM the day before our scheduled move, stating they could only assist us two days later (such little notice we were forced to concede to their date). This last-minute cancellation was extremely unprofessional, especially considering how stressful moving can be. Nonetheless, eventually, two individuals arrived at the property, and I guided them through, explaining what needed to be moved. During the removal process, I observed several items being handled carelessly, with some sustaining minor damage. While we anticipated some scratches and nicks during the move, the level of disregard was obvious. The movers kept mentioning that they had another house to attend to and didn’t expect the process to take so long. I then inquired about the larger furniture pieces, thinking they would start with those and then pack smaller boxes around them, these were supposedly “professionals,” and perhaps there was a method to their madness. When I asked about the large furniture, they responded, “we’ll get to it.” After three-quarters of the move was completed, I again asked about the large items. They looked at them and immediately stated, “they can’t move it as it requires a four-man team.” (I had walked them through the house and pointed out everything that needed to be moved before they began; how could they now claim they couldn’t handle the rest?) After contacting the manager, he informed me that he couldn’t assist, as they were “independent third-party movers from Perth.” Additionally, they insisted on receiving cash payment for the three-quarters of the house that had been moved before the end of the day. I strongly advise against using South West Furniture Removalists, you should steer clear of them. Hayden to your reply, your company cant arrange removalists on scheduled time let alone doesn't even know what customers you have had. 0 star if I could. Attached invoice Hope you guys know this is actually your company not my mistake.

Clearly do not need the work. I responded via email accepting their quote and then had to follow up multiple times, each time asked basic questions like 'what is the drop off address, what is the pickup address' Followed up a final time, to make sure the date is locked in and have had no response. Called the office, no answer. It has been 2 weeks and still no response or confirmation. I have now booked in elsewhere and the booking was confirmed within the hour - After reading these reviews, I am very happy with that decision.

Do not use this company!!! The rude, abusive, angry man who turned up to move my things was incredibly intimidating, used filthy language and complained the whole time. I asked a friend to attend because I felt so uncomfortable. Thank god for the female removalist who was also rude initially but I was able to at least get responses from her. The man was literally throwing boxes marked FRAGILE onto trolleys. When I raised it with Hayden he said 'he's our best'. Clearly not because many of my items were broken in the move. They also decided to add almost $900 to my bill 6 weeks later - their sister/partner company Crusader Removals had my items so I had no choice but to pay it. When I received my items everything had a strong toxic chemical smell that infiltrated the whole house and have not responded to calls, texts and emails wth questions bout it. They do not respond to emails, texts and calls 90% of the time in my experience and have damaged so many of my things - see just a few of the pics here. What a horrible experience, I am a busy business owner, and single parent and I moved multiple times over the years mostly with pleasant experiences during a stressful time, this was by far the most disgusting experience. Hayden please call me back as a professional, rather than hang up after 1 ring.

Please read before considering using this company. I was contacted via phone in the days prior to our move to see if we could move the date of our move back because of logistical issues. I informed the person calling that this was not suitable at all as our container was being shipped internationally and we also had settlement on our house for March 4th. On the morning of our move your company was supposed to arrive at 7.30am. I received a phone call from Nathan at 7.30 that one of his workers had called in sick because he had a migraine after driving from Kalgoorlie and not arriving back until 3am. Surely a fatigue management issue if you were expecting him to work the next day or just an excuse? Nathan then said that we would have to do the move over 2/3 days. I replied that this was not suitable at all and that I had paid a lot of money to move on one day to which he immediately replied “alright so we will cancel the job”. Obviously I had no option at that late stage to have my move cancelled. Nathan was rude and aggressive on the phone and left me feeling backed into a corner to accept the alternative moving arrangement. I asked to speak to the owner of the company to which informed me he was the owner, is this true? A 20ft container truck eventually arrived to our house on the afternoon of Feb 27th. All our itinerary was uplifted and loaded onto this truck. Our move was completed the next day with our container being loaded in Perth. This is not the service that I paid you for and meant we had to cancel other plans in our already tight moving schedule. I do not appreciate being treated so poorly by your company and particularly Nathan. Your poor service added a lot of extra stress onto my family. I also note that after your calculations we paid for 45m cubed to be transported. You only used a 20ft container to move all of our itinerary which is considerably less than 45m cubed. Upon follow up via email Hayden agreed a partial refund for the space we were overcharged. I don’t usually review things but I just would like people to be aware of this company and not have to go through what my family did.

Moved from Ballarat to Bunbury. Our belongings were picked up in Ballarat on 11 July, arrived in Ballarat on 1 August in different containers to those in Ballarat. Whoever handled our goods in the transfer between containers damaged almost every piece of furniture, picture frames and cartons with foot size holes in them. The 2 guys delivering our stuff were embarrassed and apologetic at the state of our things, so much so that they took photos of the packing in the container to report to SW. Despite that we were blamed for the state of our belongings. Three items were missing, one carton, a step ladder and our trolley. We’ve made multiple attempts to contact SouthWest Removals. Phone calls never answered, messages never responded too. Sent an email about the condition of our goods and missing items, blame placed on us! Second follow up email, primarily about missing carton (full of family inheritance items) received a call from Shannon saying they will put their process in place to try to find the box. Here I am over a month later and we’ve had no further word despite a third email. Before we and our belongings arrived in Bunbury we had some time in Perth, while there we purchased 2 recliner chairs, SW Removals were the company the store used for deliveries to Bunbury. A time was established between the sales person and us for pick up in Perth and delivery in Bunbury. SW picked up a whole week earlier than arranged, kept them at their premises for over a week then delivered them 2 days late. An unprofessional outfit in the extreme! Never have we paid so much to be treated so badly and be so disrespected. If you care for your belongings at all avoid SouthWest Removals.

I was quoted a price for a truck and 2 men. The day the pick up arrived there was a container with already peoples furniture inside. I was allowed 2 cubic meters. I asked what time they would arrive at my new home. I was informed the next day as they had to pick up 2 more loads. And a different crew would drive and unload. I should have counted my boxes. After days of unpacking I found out I was missing a box. I have been fobbed off saying I signed the paper saying everything arrived. Never again.

Driver just arrived to drop off next tenants items. My partner just wanted to move her car out to take our son to day-care then met with profanity, throwing luggage cart into the ground and then the driver walked straight up to me and pushed his chest into mine while shouting and yelling. All for just asking them to unblock the driveway for 30 seconds while we get our car out. Would be very careful using these people.

Moved from Sydney to Perth. Initially communication was poor.couldn't get a confirmed pick up date and receptionist was not helpful. Had a full container which was delivered ok but also had a part of another container. Found we were missing boxes, terracotta pots were broken and the air compressor had been dropped and needed fixing. Rang about the missing boxes and was eventually told they may have been accidently delivered to the last drop from the truck. We were first off and there was 2 drops after us. I was told by Shannon that the second drop was also missing a box. The last delivery was apparently away until early Jun but said they would open and check the boxes that were delivered to him. Shannon promised to follow up. Have left 3 text messages and unsuccessfully rang a number of times. Did speak to him once and he again promised to chase it up and let me know. Nothing Poor communication No follow up Just don't care

Recent move was woeful. Care taken with filling the truck but after ringing head office a number of times to say you need a big truck and are there definitely two guys - one guy and a truck that could only fit half our stuff. You have to pay up front before they accept the job and then the lies start - woeful! DONT DO IT!
