Thomas and Victor were amazing. I had only booked them for two hours and was planning to finish the remaining moving with friends the following day. However, these guys moved everything, leaving me with nothing to do but enjoy a much-needed rest. I was especially impressed by how careful and delicate they were with corners and fragile items. Top-notch service. I also appreciated that the company only required a $50 booking fee, which was deducted from the final price. Their rates were reasonable and cheaper than other quotes I found through Google. Though I hope I don't have to move again too soon. If I do, I will be calling these guys again

We had an amazing experience with Thiago and his team, moving our 4 bedroom 2 storey house and very packed garage. They arrived on time and finished within the time they quoted us for. They were all friendly, polite, efficient, and more than happy to move items around multiple times until we were happy with their position. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture carefully and without any issues (including a large OLED tv), and even connected our large white goods, including a plumbed fridge. None of our belongings were damaged during transit. They were also incredibly clean, and made barely any mess in the house, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely move with Thiago and his team again.

These ratings must be paid for, because my experience was genuinely horrible. Ive moved more than 20 times across Australia and dealt with many removal companies. Ive never had issues like I did with this one. 1. Deliberately slow and unprofessional workers I had every single item pre-packed in the garage, ready to go. What shouldve been a 1-hour load turned into over 3 hours. The workers spent more time standing around talking than actually moving anything. 2. Completely wrong truck size and tried to blame us They guesstimated the space we needed, brought a truck far too small, then tried to claim it was bigger and that we must have lied. As a result, a good amount of our furniture was left behind. 3. Suspicious delays and excuses I left at the same time as the removalists for a 2.5-hour drive. I stopped three times for necessities and still arrived hours before them. They eventually turned up after 5+ hours, with a new excuse every time: There was traffic. We stopped for lunch. The truck had issues. We checked every route no traffic anywhere. 4. Another painfully slow unload with damage Back at the new place, the unload was again done at snail pace, mostly by one guy working while the other stood around. They also damaged our furniture in the process. 5. Intimidation and pressure to pay When the job was barely completed, I said Id need to query the quote after speaking with their boss who never answered. So they called a receptionist, who demanded the workers stay inside my house until I paid and even tried to hand me a contract to sign stating the job was satisfactory. Absolutely not happening. Overall: a total nightmare experience. Unprofessional behaviour, lies, delays, damage to furniture, and pressure tactics at the end. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
