Our experience with Truckmen Removals was professional and hassle free from start to finish. The efficient fixed quote from Rachel gave us peace of mind from the beginning. The info provided was clear and they confirmed by email before hand as well as calling us when they were an hour away from pick up. Dee and Dylan did such an amazing job moving us interstate on the day. They arrived on time and managed to fit our large 3 bedroom house into a truck in a very short time. Highly recommend them for any sort of move. They're awesome.

They also helped connect my fridge, place furniture in the right rooms, and move extra items into the basement storage cage. Thanks to Dylan, Diego and Rachel for all your help. Will certainly be booking again for my next move

Everything was delivered in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Rachel Eslick-Angus

Despite the fact that the job before ours ran late, they were communicative, helpful and got the move done super quickly (and before the rain hit). We are really happy with the work they did and the way they did it. As the first move in decades for my grandfather, they made the process smooth and pain free for him on the day and I couldn’t be more grateful for that. This also extends to Rachel who manages getting bookings in, who always makes it happen so easily and smoothly with no fuss. I’ve now used Truckmen 3 times for moves and will continue to recommend your company to anyone I can as I am always so happy with the service, process and pricing.

Thank you for making this move stress free for me! They were wonderful to deal with. They took such good care of all out items and my husband, who is very particular, even asked them to take the paintings that he originally was going to transport for fear they would be damaged. However upon seeing how the men handled everything he felt safe to get them to transport them. If you knew my husband this is high praise!! They really were exceptional and made the move so easy for us. Could not recommend them and the company highly enough.

Adrian Calata

Very fast and efficient, would recommend them to anyone, especially those with a lot of furniture to move

Marina Martiniello

As I renter I have moved a lot over the years and hands down Truckmen are the best removalists I have ever used. They were very professional, worked so fast and were very careful with my belongings. They went the extra mile to ensure all my belongings were unpacked safely at the other end and even offered to do any last rearrangement of furniture in the new house if I wanted them to. I will absolutely use them again for any future moves. I can't thank them enough for making the whole process stress free and very easy. These guys are the best. I highly recommend them.

Lyn W

Arrived on time, professional and efficient. We needed to move into two apartments and didn’t expect everything to be completed within just three hours. We compared several removalists, and they offered a very reasonable price with no hidden costs. I’d be happy to use their services again and hope they continue to maintain this high standard.

Diego and Dylan were amazing. Our experience from online quote and booking, communication the whole way through and the service provided was stellar. An excellent quote on quite short notice and nothing was too much trouble on the day. Could not have asked for more- excellent price, prompt and constant communication, and really lovely humans. Thanks so much, Truckmen! ??

I had a great experience with Truckmen Removals. Andrew did a fantastic job organising the service, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The price was exactly as quoted, and the team was incredibly efficient. My move was challenging with two flights of stairs down for the old place, and 1 flight of tight stairs up at the new house, but Diego and Lua absolutely smashed it. They were careful and gentle with all of my furniture and even helped set up my washing machine. I couldn’t be happier with their work and would highly recommend Truckmen Removals.

Sarah Willox

We were initially hesitant with putting our goods in the hands of someone we don’t know, but I was pleasantly surprised with the care, efficiency, and quality of TruckMen - not to mention, they were more than happy to go to three different collection destinations (all over Canberra) before the final delivery. They were so easy and lovely to deal with. I would absolutely move with them again. Thank you TruckMen.

Yusuf Tas

This was my first time getting help from movers to move my house, I think it couldn't have been better. They were quite efficient and quick to move our items. Much affordable than couple of other places I have checked. While they are quick, they were also very careful with the move, no bumps or hits.

Melissa Tuason

Had to move twice for just a short period of time and hired Truckmen for both moves. Andre and his team took caution in handling our furnitures and made our move smooth. They were very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend their service.

great service from the team for our move in the south side of Canberra. 4 bedroom moved in 5.5 hours, amazing. The guys arrived on time, were very professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. The whole moving process was smooth and well organised. Price was clear and transparent, and the service was excellent and value for money. We paid a callout fee and then hourly rate. Thank you so much for making our move so much easier and stress-free! We cannot that Lour, Diago and Vincent enough for all their hard work. We were nervous when looking at removalists but the team at TruckMen were incredible! The price and team were amazing! Highly recommend Thank you again for making what was to be extremely stressful something of ease!!

Emma Sckrabei

We moved from Adelaide to Canberra and were looking for a company to pack all of our things and transport door to door. Andre was professional from the moment he arrived to give us a quote. He was responsive, always happy to answer our silly questions and the final price we were quoted was very reasonable. When packing day came his team were early and ready to go. Some removal company’s employees are scruffy, rude and rough - Andre and his team were the opposite. They worked so hard packing our things with only taking small breaks during the day. They sources all boxes, tape, bubble wrap etc…Moving day saw the team pack up out 5 bedroom, 2 living areas house in 31/2 hours, very efficient. The truck left Canberra at 10am and arrived in Adelaide the next day at 8am. If anyone out there needs a professional Removalist, I would highly recommend Andre and his team. On a personal note, Andre, thanks for being so awesome - will definitely be recommending you to our networks. Safe travels back to Canberra!!

Geordie Cullen

Harit Bhargava

We had a fantastic experience with Truckmen Removal for an interstate move. Andre and the team were prompt, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with from start to finish. Their customer service really stood out as they addressed all of our queries quickly and clearly which made the whole process feel much less stressful. Rachel was also very helpful in navigating some insurance challenges we encountered, taking the time to explain everything and work through it with us. Our belongings were handled with great care, and everything arrived safely and in excellent condition. The crew was courteous, cooperative, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the move. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone planning an interstate move.

Nicola

From booking through to delivery the team have been communicative and friendly. We had our removal with Diego and Victor they were awesome - professional, efficient and friendly. They were most patient as one of the neighbours hijacked the lift for a removal which meant we didn't get the key until the last few loads, but they worked around it and minimised disruption for others wishing to use the lifts. They made the move very easy for us. I definitely recommend Truckmen ????

Peter Sam

Thanks to Diego and Lua for a smooth and efficient move. No hesitation in recommending Truckmen and will definitely be using them again !

Shelley Xu

I used Truckmen on two separate occasions and they were reliable, efficient, and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Andre and his team for any removalist job in Canberra.

Melanie Lasscock

We had to book a job right after Christmas, surprisingly it felt like most of Canberra was moving and we couldn't book the usual removalist companies. I stumbled across Andre and Truckmen and saw all the 5 star reviews and couldn't believe such a company existed! From the moment we made contact, Andre has been so responsive and helpful - i knew our belongings were in safe hands. On the day, two of his team turned up early and were so careful and courteous with our stuff! They didn't waste time or dawdle. They packed up a 4 bedroom / 2 living area space in 2hrs. I couldn't believe it! It took a rival company 7hrs to move the same stuff a few years ago!! If you are in doubt about booking with Truckmen - DO NOT DELAY!!! I will time my next move around Andre's availability because they are the best!!!

Michelle Morris

Highly recommended for a seamless, stress free and affordable move. Andre was timely, polite, positive and professional. Would definitely use them again. Thank you!
