We were lucky enough to have Frank and Kieran for our HUGE interstate removal. They said they would arrive between 4:30-5pm. they turned up at 4:31pm! They were professional, so careful with our stuff but so fast they made such light work of it. They were in regular communication with us. I cannot recommend them enough. Both guys even stopped to help my kids with their bikes etc. Booking was so easy. The prices were amazing in comparison to other companies. They were so kind and helpful and flexible. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. What was also stand out from a management point if view was they were booked for the Friday however had a huge job prior to and said they needed to possibly move the job to Saturday to allow the boys rest. The managment cared more about their staff than money. Which was absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend Xtra Easy enough. Thank you so much guys

We’ve moved house quite a few times over the years, and these removalists were by far the best we’ve ever had. They made what could have been a really stressful day feel calm and organised. They worked incredibly hard, never complained once, carefully dismantled all the furniture, and put everything back together perfectly at the new house. Nothing was too much trouble, they genuinely went above and beyond from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with their service and would recommend them without hesitation. If you’re looking for removalists who are professional, efficient, and make the whole process so much easier, these are the people to call! Thank you Ash, Nissan, Steve and Arthur!

Xtra easy removals and Amanda’s handling and communication of the entire shipment was very smooth! The pick up was very smooth. The truck arrived at the destination on the day as promised inspite of torrential rain throughout that day they did arrive by evening. some cartons got wet but not the things inside thankfully. Amanda also went an extra mile to be kind enough to refund and compensate for the wet cartons. she also considered the extra space miscalculated . i am very thankful to her and will use her again. The business of logistics is hard and there are always unexpected challenges faced. As customers we should also sometimes consider this. Here Xtra easy removals were truly Xtra easy to work with. Highly recommend!
