TO START YOUR VIDEO CHAT SESSION

STEP 1: Click the Orange Chat Icon On Bottom Right of Screen

Click the orange chat icon at the bottom right of your screen to initiate a chat with our team.
Sometimes it can take a little bit of time to show up. No longer than 30 seconds but.

STEP 2: Choose or request a video meeting time

You'll be able to choose a pre-set meeting time, type to request a specific time, or just ask for an instant video meeting if someone is available. 

STEP 3: Accept the video chat request and take us for a tour of your place :-)

No need to clean up, it's actually easier for our team to see the variety of things that will need to be packed up / moved as part of your quote. 

Our team will take down all the inventory, and then be able to get back to you with a range of quotes by chasing up the best prices from our Removalist network for you.

HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR VIDEO CALL: 

We recommend using a mobile device as it's easier to move around and select the "BACK CAMERA" option in the video chat "More" menu to make it easier to see on screen what item you need moved.
