I couldn't be happier regarding my recent experience with this amazing company. I'd booked a truck to remove my belongings out of storage at Noosaville and into my new place in Gympie on Feb 23. Unfortunately the booking had to be cancelled and postponed due to the floods. I'd neglected to properly re-book the truck for the following week, so when I was ready to move, they'd somehow managed to still make the move happen, despite staff shortage and a truck breakdown and extremely challenging and chaotic circumstances during the aftermath of the floods. Not only could they help me with one truck, but they organised a second one and improvised on short notice with furniture I'd purchased and had to be picked up from various places on short notice. Their hard-working staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly and professional, and the fees were very reasonable. I'd like to give a particular shoutout to brilliant Monique (who coordinated the job) and Matt, with his lovely attitude, patience and amazing strength and endurance. Walter and Leighton were also a delight to deal with. They simply couldn't have done any better! They managed to pull a rabbit out of a hat by making an almost impossible task run smoothly and efficiently. Thanks to their amazing service, I saved myself a lot of stress and hassle. I couldn't recommend them more highly and I'll be forever grateful to them for making a huge difference to my unforgettable experience of moving to Gympie. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! :)
