Where do I start? My wife and I moved from Cairns to the Sunshine Coast a week before Christmas day, which is hectic and stressful enough with the planning, and honestly didn't think anyone could help us out. We put the feelers out and received 5 quotes with no guarantees of it actually happening around this time. But there was Dream Home Removals on that quote list that came in as the most reasonable price. And they were more than happy to do it for us. Dealing with Shannon on the phone was an absolute pleasure, having made the planning/payment part of the process a breeze! Was quoted for less cubes than what showed up at our old place (this truck was huge), which worked out phenomenal considering I had misjudged the space needed for all our stuff. And the adjustment of the price at the end was more trouble for them than it was for us (gladly agreed on and paid). Brodie was the MAN(!), nothing was going to stop him fitting everything of ours into his truck. His perseverance, work ethic and attitude toward "problems" was something to be seen. He drove our belongings around or through road closures, due to flooding, to get to us on the other side with the upmost punctuality (I'm talking to the MINUTE). I cannot fault the boys he chose to help him with the job on both ends either. Very polite, helpful and willing to do anything not only for a laugh but to help us out with this move. What was an extremely stressful move for both of us was made to be no drama at all because of everyone at DHR, and we can't thank you enough for the hard work put in. Have been meaning to write this review earlier, however in the midst of settling down, working time got away. Anyway the customer experience with the move on 1 July 24, was a really good one. This started with interactions with Shannon in the office, who was so helpful, and no enquiry was too difficult. The 4 gents who helped us with the move worked so fast, including the 1 hour drive in the move. We had a big house to move out of. The day was drawing to a close, and getting darker. The gents were even running up and down the driveway before getting darker, to complete the move.They were so professional and courteous. Overall the whole experience was fantastic, and would recommend this business for those that need to move. Well done to you !!

They arrived when they said they would, on a 31C day & got straight into the job, working quickly but carefully to empty our home & deliver our belongings to our new home. How did I forget to leave a review!! Guys I am SO sorry! So my wife, two young children (2 and 4) and I moved from Melbourne to the Sunshine coast last year (November 2023), and I got 15 quotes from other removal companies. Not only was Dream Home cheaper than most others, their communication was on a whole different level, they showed care and genuinely wanted to help us (family owned business). They also guaranteed they would pickup and deliver on exact days (which was super important given our interstate move and young children). Ive heard lots of other companies will often be late as they try to pickup other jobs along the way, or make up excuses for being late by DAYS! The team at Dream were INCREDIBLE. Arrived on time to pickup, I helped load the truck with them (which they didnt need help), and arrived at 7am on a Monday morning (which is when I needed it to arrive, so that we had beds and furniture for the kids). They brought all of our furniture into our new home and placed everything carefully in each room. The guys were super friendly. I recommend this company to all of my friends and family! Im not sure were to start! I first meet Dream Home Removels back in early 23 when they moved us from North Queensland to Melbourne. Now at the time we had a lot of furniture (so many breakables) not to mention a full home Gym around $35k worth of equipment. So a big move you could say! Unfortunately traveling on the way down to Melbourne our car broke down so we couldnt be there to meet up with the removal guys. We managed to arrange a key for our property and everything was moved in when we got there. Fast forward to 24 we had yet again another interstate move. And of course we asked the Dream Team again Over the years Ive done a lot of moves with some pretty horrendous experiences, with things going missing to smashed items, to watching guys throw boxes out the truck Yes I know But I can honestly say these guys are amazing! They truly take pride in what they do. They look after your belongings like their own. Shannon was incredible, a truely genuine person She stayed in touch through the whole process. The team from Dream Home Removals are fantastic. We have just had Dream Home Removals relocate our family from Toowoomba to the Sunshine Coast. It was easy to organise, calls were answered or returned quickly and they showed up when they said they would to take a look and give us a quote. Moving day went super smoothly and everything ran on time. Even though hubby and I werent expert packers (books go in little boxes only!) and hubby gave some wrong instructions on the day that meant the boys had to unload a couch they had already put on the truck the Dream Team took it all in their stride and nothing was too much trouble. They put all the furniture together for us at the new house and made sure it was in the right positions before they left. They took great care and did it all with a smile in pretty brutal summer heat.
