Since the first call, Muval has been really helpful for someone who has never moved before like me. The staff member Alec was very friendly and answering all my inquiries with patience, and helped me to find the best deal for my move.

Shaz went over and above, helping me with a difficult interstate move. She took care of all the stressful details and regularly checked in with me, even on her day off! She was efficient, kind and thoughtful, many thanks Shaz :-)
