If you have booked the shared truck option, then yes. If you have booked a premium option, then you will not be sharing the truck.
No one expects that you keep the original box that your TV came in when you bought it. It can never hurt to double-check with them that they understand that you have these items, even if you have also submitted an inventory list. These sorts of items include:
