The figures shown on this page are based on aggregated Muval enquiry, quote and confirmed booking data, generally covering the period from June 2023 to June 2026. Average move price is the mean price paid across confirmed Muval bookings for this page or route.

Median move price is the middle confirmed booking price. This is often a better guide to a “typical” move because it is less affected by unusually large or expensive moves.

Average price per cubic metre is calculated by dividing the average booked move price by the average move size. This helps compare pricing across different home sizes.

Median price per cubic metre is calculated for each booking as price divided by cubic metres, then we take the median across those bookings.
