Typical saving is calculated from completed bookings where the customer received two or more competing quotes and booked below their average quote. The best way to ensure a successful move day is to be prepared. One way to do this is to notify your removalist about any very heavy or awkward-to-move items before move day. It can never hurt to double-check with them that they understand that you have these items, even if you have also submitted an inventory list. These sorts of items include:

Grand / Baby grand piano
Pizza oven
Concrete furniture
Pool / snooker tables (particularly slate)
Many pot plants / large pot plants

It depends on your volume and which carrier we are using for your move. Some companies can delay the delivery by a day for an extra fee, but others may not be able to if the truck is only passing by your address and must continue driving.

If you have booked the shared truck option, then yes. If you have booked a premium option, then you will not be sharing the truck.

The packing service is not included in our standard pricing. Please check with our support team to get a quotation.

Each company has differing policies about notification before the pickup and delivery. Some companies can provide a time window on booking, others provide this the day before, while others will provide notice within an hour of their arrival.
