Local moves are billed per half hour: you pay a rate per 30 minutes for the crew and truck, with the first two hours collected up-front as a deposit and the remainder settled once the job is done.

The figures shown on this page are based on aggregated Muval enquiry, quote and completed booking data, generally covering the period from June 2023 onwards. Time-on-the-job figures come from actual completed moves, recorded by the crew after the job is finished.
