Typical saving is calculated from completed bookings where the customer received two or more competing quotes and booked below their average quote. When quoting on your job, we provide the name and reviews of the company that matches your inquiry. Although we vet every company on our system, we encourage you to do your own due dilligence on the company you choose.

It is preferred if you or your representative to be present at the pickup and drop off.

We only work with experienced and reputable moving companies and its in their best interests to pack accurately in the trucks for two main reasons:

It maximizes the space available.
A tight well-loaded vehicle ensures less movement and motion on the road/rail.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking (if your move is more than 5 days away) or give three weeks’ notice before your pick up date, you will get a full refund of your deposit.

The earlier you book your move the more confident you can be that the date you wish to move will be available. However, the time in advance that you should book is heavily dependent on the time of year. Between October and March we recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance of when you want to move. From March - September you can leave it a little later, booking 2-3 weeks out.
